The view is Stellar and the condo is nicely appointed. We stayed at the Condo during winter time. Unfortunately it rained a lot. So much that the dining area flooded. It is difficult for the owners to get skilled labor in to repair several places in the condo. The short walk to the beach is very steep and after rain it can be dangerous though we saw many surfers using it. The fact that there is no elevator should be mentioned at the front of the condo description. We are all in our 70’s and going up and down the stairs with luggage, groceries and beach chairs etc. was very difficult. The location is close to Hanalei which we loved as long as the one way bridge is open. It did close several times due to flooding. If we had been there during summer our trip would have been much different.

We had a fantastic time staying at Noel and Erica’s Pua Poa condo. It’s steps (a bit steep, but not too difficult to navigate) from a beautiful, private beach with a coral reef for snorkeling. Others surfed further out where the waves break. The condo and its location were perfect. We would love to stay again.

Perfect Stay

We loved our stay. The condo had everything you could need or want with the most perfect views. This was our first trip to Kauai, perfect location to do all the things in the north shore / Hanalei area. Hideaway beach trail is a few steps away from the condo. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we are so lucky to come back.

Beautiful Escape

We were so glad we ended up selecting this location on the North Shore, the condo was just as described. The lanais were the best part. We had everything we needed for the the entirety of our trip (didn’t need to go buy more toilet paper, etc). The communications coming from both the owner and the rental company led to a little confusion. With all the VRBOs I’ve stayed in before, all the info I needed was within the VrBO app. I had to hunt through old emails to find checkout info for this stay. That was my only negative point.

Spring break with granddaughters

We brought our granddaughters to Kauai for their first visit here. We have stayed in this lovely condo several times and this week was so wonderful…great weather and the girls loved the condo and nearby beaches. Noel was so helpful and he and Erica are great hosts.Great stay in a beautiful home in a lovely setting!

Phenomenal view!

The condo overlooked Hideaways Beach with a sweeping view west to the Napoli Coast. Our group of 2 couples enjoyed the view and waves so much, we only went out for dinner once in 4 evenings. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The large master bedroom shower was a real plus. A great visit!

Spectacular Views!

This was an amazing space. Condo was perfect and equipped nicely. We enjoyed the view from the lanai, saw whales and omg, the stars at night! Only thing we thought was a bit much was the constant landscaping noise in the daytime hours. Maybe management could limit to a few days instead of almost daily. Once you tuned it out, it sure was great! Princeville is an amazing area. We loved the scenery all around and enjoyed delicious meals. Our davorite was Happy Talk. Great food and service.

A wonderful unit!

We had a fantastic stay in this unit. It’s so nice to be on the top floor and end of the building to have privacy. The views from our deck were incredible, including whale sightings. We enjoyed dining at the resort next door and playing golf at the Makai course in the neighborhood. We never needed to use the air conditioning given the moderate temperatures and breezes - so nice to hear the waves in bed! Thank you!

Our weeek in Kauai

We stayed in this condo last year and loved it just as much this year! The views are spectacular and the setting so peaceful and lovely. The condo has everything you would need and is spacious. It was such a relaxing week watching sunsets from the lanai and going to the beaches. We will be back for sure and are sad to leave! The condo management have been great!🌈🏖️🐳☀️

Breathtaking!

We have stayed in many units in Pu’u Poa and this is our favorite. One of my first nights I was standing in the kitchen ( you almost get a 180 degree view of the ocean) and we saw whales breaching… From the kitchen! My favorite though, was drinking coffee on the lanai, watching the surfers every morning. Such a beautiful was to begin our day. The owners quickly responded to any questions, the unit was very clean, and the pictures did not do it justice. We will be booking again as soon as we can!
