One living room centers around a large flat-screen TV and features light-colored furnishings and decor. The adjacent dining room has seating for 6 around a gleaming hardwood table. There is also alfresco dining for 6 persons available on the lanai overlooking the garden area.

In the kitchen fit for a chef, you’ll find cool tile floors, abundant wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a center island and a large breakfast bar. Everything needed for a gourmet meal or a simple mid-day snack is at your fingertips.

The second living space is a casual family room, with comfortable and contemporary furnishings. Featuring a twin bed with a trundle that is perfect for the kids! Also includes a partition screen that can be set up to block the trundle. The second dining space features a cozy table for 4 in tropical colors. There is an additional bath located just off the family room.

The Master bedroom features a King bed, warm wood furnishings and tropical décor with a large screen TV and a large walk in closet. The en suite bath has a corner tub, oversized shower and dual vanities.
