  • This is a large studio, "The Mountain Suite" resides within a triplex building on the edge of a cliff over Anini beach on the North shore of Kauai! Complete with kitchenette, separate bathroom, partial ocean views and The Napali coast. This is a great place for a couple or small family to dis-connect and re-connect for there stay in paradise and at a great price! Quick access to Kaweonui beach just below the studio and you have your own private cove with great snorkeling and soak up the sun. The Mountain View deck is quite place to have breakfast or enjoy a nice glass of wine and relax at the end of the day and take in an incredible sunset!

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne saubere Wohnung man hat alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Das Studio ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es liegt in einer sehr ordentlichen Wohnanlage Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Vielen Dank dass wir im Paradies wohnen durften.

It's a very special place. Great location with views and privacy. It's more like you're staying at a friend's house that is tastefully decorated and well cared for. Bill is helpful along the way and all recommendations were enjoyed. Enjoy your stay!

Paradise in Princeville

We had a fantastic time at Bill’s place in Princeville. The views of the Napali Coast in the morning couldn’t be beat and we loved the place itself, especially the top tier shower and bathroom!

Bill's place is tremendous. We were so happy and couldn't have chosen a better unit or part of the island (northern Kauai is spectacular). As seen in another review, the photos posted didn't seem to do the place justice. It felt like home the instant we walked in. Sitting out on the balcony every night was wonderful and the quick walk to Sealodge Beach... unbeatable. After walking down on morning #1, we thought "how are we going to top this?" It was such a great week and so close to essential parts of our trip - Hanalei, the beaches on the north shore, the Kalalau trail... amazing! Highly recommend and would book again without a doubt!

North Shore Paradise!

Me and my husband absolutely loved staying here! The condo is very spacious. We especially loved the lanai with the gorgeous mountain views! The condo is equipped with snorkel gear and beach chairs too. Great location with a 15 minute walk to SeaLodge Beach and less than 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo Bill!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It felt like a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning views — whether enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery never got old.The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had all the essentials (and then some), the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were even little extras for beach fun! The location was peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short drive to local attractions, restaurants, and outdoor activities. It was the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.

Perfect location, great views, clean & well equipped!

Really enjoyed staying at Bill’s place! The location is perfect for exploring the north shore. Spent many mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the great mountain and partial ocean views. Studio was exceptionally clean and well equipped to make simple meals and the cooler, beach chairs etc is a nice bonus. The detailed instructions are very helpful for arrival/parking. Looking forward to a return visit here soon!

Perfect place

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was even more spacious than we expected, which made it extra comfortable for us. It was easy to find and get to, and the view of the mountains from the property was just stunning—pictures don’t do it justice. One of the best parts was how close it was to a beautiful, secluded beach that’s just a short hike away. It felt like a hidden gem. And having air conditioning was such a bonus after spending the day in the sun. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo in Princeville. The location was a short drive to Hanalei Bay and close to a local farmers market. It is definitely worth the price and has amazing views.

Excellent stay

Our stay far exceeded our expectations, from arrival to departure. The condo was immaculate and perfectly equipped. The views are much better than you can tell from online photos, with mountains and ocean easily visible from a comfortable spot on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Little Gem

We had an amazing experience with our stay here at Orchid Point. The room was excellent, clean, prepared if anything we could need and the host William maintains great communication! We had 3 stay here and it was the perfect amount of space. An incredible drive from the airport and such a quiet area.

Great location

Spend 2 weeks at the studio, has everything we needed, large studio, large deck, clean, quiet, would rate higher if we could. Thx Bill, wish we could stay longer.
