  • This is a large studio, "The Mountain Suite" resides within a triplex building on the edge of a cliff over Anini beach on the North shore of Kauai! Complete with kitchenette, separate bathroom, partial ocean views and The Napali coast. This is a great place for a couple or small family to dis-connect and re-connect for there stay in paradise and at a great price! Quick access to Kaweonui beach just below the studio and you have your own private cove with great snorkeling and soak up the sun. The Mountain View deck is quite place to have breakfast or enjoy a nice glass of wine and relax at the end of the day and take in an incredible sunset!

Absolutely awesome place. Nice Mountain View, right on a hill overlooking the beach. It’s a great place for a couple to spend some alone time.

This is a great place for a couple or small family, in a quiet area, 5min drive from great beaches, Foodland, and restaurant options. The studio was super clean and the balcony had a great view on the mountains. We especially appreciated all the gear that made day tripping so much more enjoyable (beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, etc.). Great host, super easy check in/check out, would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend. The apartment is perfectly located with easy access to myriad beaches and shops in Princeville/ Hanalei, and is quiet and comfy. Host Bill was wonderfully helpful, and while I’ve been on the island several times before, he still had recs that were brand new for me. He also arranged for me to use the laundry next door, as this unit does not have any- very much appreciated, to put clean clothes into my suitcase for the trip home. Great temp home for a week, no complaints. I loved it and would happily return. One note on accessibility if an issue - steep set of stairs to get in, no elevator.

Property was accurately listed. Host was wonderful about sharing activity and restaurant information. Property was minutes away from hiking to the beach and a waterfall! We enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend it to others!

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne saubere Wohnung man hat alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Das Studio ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es liegt in einer sehr ordentlichen Wohnanlage Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Vielen Dank dass wir im Paradies wohnen durften.

It's a very special place. Great location with views and privacy. It's more like you're staying at a friend's house that is tastefully decorated and well cared for. Bill is helpful along the way and all recommendations were enjoyed. Enjoy your stay!

Paradise in Princeville

We had a fantastic time at Bill’s place in Princeville. The views of the Napali Coast in the morning couldn’t be beat and we loved the place itself, especially the top tier shower and bathroom!

Beautiful place with a great location!!!

This studio is perfect- clean and great location. The sound of the ocean all night is perfect and the kitchen is just right for a short stay.

North Shore Paradise!

Me and my husband absolutely loved staying here! The condo is very spacious. We especially loved the lanai with the gorgeous mountain views! The condo is equipped with snorkel gear and beach chairs too. Great location with a 15 minute walk to SeaLodge Beach and less than 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo Bill!

Perfect location, great views, clean & well equipped!

Really enjoyed staying at Bill’s place! The location is perfect for exploring the north shore. Spent many mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the great mountain and partial ocean views. Studio was exceptionally clean and well equipped to make simple meals and the cooler, beach chairs etc is a nice bonus. The detailed instructions are very helpful for arrival/parking. Looking forward to a return visit here soon!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo in Princeville. The location was a short drive to Hanalei Bay and close to a local farmers market. It is definitely worth the price and has amazing views.
