"Great view, the condo could use a deep cleaning and some kitchen utensil upgrades but overall I enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, did not need AC with the nice ocean breeze. Pool is nice. These are old buildings and as such there is always a few condos having work done on them but it did not bother us to much even though the condo next to us was getting major remodel. I would stay here again, so the small complaints we might have are just that small."

"We stayed here the last week of September. The location was great and easy to get to. Having no AC was not an issue as we got a great breeze through all the windows. The view is amazing in this condo and I enjoyed watching the sunset the couple times we were actually back at the condo during that time. The beds are comfortable and clean. The shower water pressure was a little hard, but not a huge issue for us. Overall my whole family enjoyed the stay."

"We only stayed in this unit for 3 nights, but it was wonderful. Nice, private lanai with wonderful views. Very well equipped in kitchen and beach gear. Some newer beach chairs could be an improvement. Will definitely stay here again in the future."
