"Excellent aesthetics, but the staff could be more knowledgeable and onsite reservations booked very quickly, we should have booked before our arrival or they should make special accommodations for guests staying at the hotel. The layout of the hotel was a bit odd and confusing, getting to the beach was a little challenging, but overall beautiful hotel and excellent location on Kauai. Would stay again."

"The views were amazing. The condo had everything we needed. We loved being on the north end of the island. There are huge, lush mountains everywhere. Being there in August, we did miss A/C sometimes, especially the night we got there. Just know that it may take a while to get it cooled off it it's been shut up all day. Don't forget to buy laundry detergent, along with your groceries. We did stop at the grocery store, but forgot that. We were able to use the fins, which was great since we brought...

"We loved the Wyndham Bali Hai! Such a wonderful, central location for our needs. The rooms were clean and suited our family perfectly. Nice to have AC and also key to have a washer and dryer. Loved our balcony that was on the edge of the property with a peaceful, beautiful, jungly view. Would definitely return. "

"The property we stayed at had the quality of a fairly luxurious time share property, but for a fraction of the price. A short drive from Hanalei, and a short walk to a private beach. We had two full rooms, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a deck. I was also super pleased with the communication from their main staff member. However, be warned to read the fine print as you do have to pay a fairly costly cleaning fee as part of this rental. I would definitely go there again."
