Summer Kauai 2025 visit

We stayed at this well setup property and it had all the amenities that was top notch. Great location, we will definitely visit again and stay here.

The property was as described, very clean and had everything that we needed. Property manager was very responsive and always on top of things. Ceiling fans and AC a bonus on a huge plus. Definitely stay here. Very close to Hanalei Bay. Parking was plenty.

Ended up not staying at this property due to construction but stayed at another property through Hawaii Life Rental - Plantations at Princeville. Hawaii Life Rental was easy to work with and very accommodating. The property was excellent with perfect views of the golf course and mountains.

Anniversary trip

The grounds and the pool are flawless. BBQ grills are in such good condition, we used them frequently. Close to a lot of beautiful walkable beaches. This place felt like a home.

The perfect condo

The condo is perfect for a really lovely stay in north Kauai. It’s filled with light, space, amenities, great beaches within walking distance, food stores nearby and close enough to the vibrant town of Hanalei to make evenings out a possibility. I’d love to come back one day.

Great place to stay!

It is a great location and has on site parking. It was clean and appeared as advertised. They provided beach towels and chairs which was very convenient. Easy to check in and out. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and hope to go back!

Perfect stay

Super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to beaches. Stocked for cooking and with beach gear. Very quiet complex with easy parking and nice pool. Really everything we wanted.

Beautiful property extremely clean and tidy and super nice neighborhood

This property was awesome it was clean and tidy and smelled good. It had everything we needed to cook and make smoothies and mixed drinks it was nice and spacious we didn’t feel cramped and oh my gosh the bed and bedding were comfortable we will definitely rebook here next time also if you are looking to stay somewhere on the island just stay in princeville it’s the best part with the best views

North Shore Paradise

This condo was absolutely perfect — from the location in Princeville to the decor to the quick replies back from the host to all of the amenities to the singing birds on the back deck every morning! We had such a lovely time and would give this place more than 5 stars if we could. Amazing!!

Wonderful stay!!

Wonderful condo and attentive property manager (we had an issue with the shower drain and they sent someone our right away to fix it)! The place is cozy and the bed is very comfortable! The view on the patio was beautiful and the surrounding area had many walking paths. Also, so nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We enjoyed the boogie boards, chairs, and umbrella while on the beach. It’s a quiet area and the pool was right out front if we didn’t want to go far. Perfect for two! Thank you!

Anniversary celebration

The unit was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. The pool area and clubhouse has adequate seating, books, and a few dvds for guest use. Lots of parking. Great views for sunset just a short walk away. Hanelai beach is 11 minutes away and Anini is 15 minutes. Both unique beaches. W Walking trail into town , local restaurants and Foodland. There are two pairs of albatrosses that are directly across from the deck . The fledglings are under the bushes and parents are always close by. Definitely returning, but we will extend our stay. Thank you for sharing you wonderful unit with us. Aloha

Beautiful accommodations!

I could not be more pleased with my decision to stay in Emmalani Condos for my first visit to Kauai. The condo felt like a model home; meticulous. And the golf course community surrounding it, breathtaking! It was also so helpful to have a washer and dryer available for use. Two minor notes; if you enjoy coffee, bring some with you. The filters and coffee maker were provided, but coffee was not. Also, my mobile phone service was temperamental in the Bedroom and there was not an alarm clock. I purchased on as I had an early flight I did not want to miss. I hope to return soon!

Very Happy with our stay

Property was very clean and in a great location. Washer and Drier was great and kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The main bedroom has AC so be aware the rest of the house was not. A couple of suggestions would be more beach chairs and a few boogie boards. Unit did have one beach chair and one boogie board. Our friends stayed nearby and their unit had several chairs and things for the beach. Nice walking path along the golf course located right next door. Another nice feature was the pool and hot tub which were very clean. The common area had a couple of Weber grills, which i wish i would have known about as I don't think its in the description. Parking is super close to unit. Unit is on the second floor as well. I would stay here again no problem.

Pleasant Stay near Hanalei

This was our first stay in Princeville, we usually stay in Hanalei Bay. We liked the fact that we were close to the grocery and other stores, the farmers market, and a good area for running and walking. We had hoped beach access would be a little easier: Hideaways was a hike with rope rails down a steep trail and Pu'u Poa, off 1 Hotel property was a long walk down 75-100 cement steps. Queens bath was also walkable, but again a steep trail down and back. The drive to Hanalei Bay was 5-10 mins though, where we spent most of our beach time. Princeville does get you onto Kuhio Hwy sooner to get to various activities on the South side. The condo itself was pretty good: Quiet, with a comfortable bed, good size rooms, nice lanai for morning coffee, AC. The bedroom is on the parking lot side and altho there were blinds, they did not block out the light very well for sleeping -- I would suggest installing a rod with dark curtain. It was pretty well stocked with necessities, but I did call the manager for a (missing) cooler and she brought one to us the next day. I was surprised, with there being a glass dining room table, that there were no placemats. Also cloth napkins would be a good touch. If you walk to the end of the cart path... marvelous spot for sunsets :-) Overall, it was a good stay!
