Condo 9323 is a wonderful experience. Exceptional view of Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay and sunset. Lovely to have breakfast on the porch. The AC worked well. Kitchen was well stocked. The condo has obviously had many upgrades, and is well thought out. We did not use the loft area, but for children it would work well. Both the Parrish Collection and the resort were very responsive. The pool and hot tub at the resort are both stellar - beautiful and large with a great view of the sunset over the ocean. Saw gorgeous turtles and fish snorkeling off the beach shared with 1Hotel. We would definitely highly recommend and would come back again.

Gorgeous property and location

We had an amazing stay at this Parrish property managed within the Hanolei Bay Resort. This specific condo was a little dated but well kept and overall in good condition; it satisfied all of our needs while staying on the North Shore. The resort itself has excellent amenities and the view of the mountains and bay from the condo is unmatched. We stayed in the 3rd floor and I do wish there was an elevator considering all of our bags. The parking lot was also a good bit from the condo, but the property has bellhops on golf carts that can pick you up and drop you off. It’s just not something we had anticipated. The communication with Parrish was very good and response to texts when we had questions was very rapid. On the whole we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!

Great location in Hanelei Bay

Our family of 6 found the home comfortable and we enjoyed the amazing views from the top floor balcony. We were outside most of the time so the home was more about eating and sleeping for our family. Our 15, 13, 11 and 9 year old didn't complain about sharing a single bathroom, sharing beds or that they didn't have an enclosed room.Excellent clothes washer and dryer in the home.The kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of beach/pool toys available including fins, chairs, noodles. Tennis rackets and balls too. Resort amenities are very good (e.g. tennis, pickleball ball, pools, hot tub, resteraunts, towels).Easy 5 minute downhill walk to the beach. We were okay with the uphill walk back but most folks seemed to call the golf cart.Minor stuff - We wished there were pickle ball paddles available. Also kitchen needed foil and saran wrap.

Amazing views / relaxed resort

We had a great stay. The unit was as advertised and the views from the balcony were amazing. The resort had great pools and beach access. The restaurant was not only convenient but had great food. Didn't fully utilize all of the amenities, but would plan to do so on future trips. 10-15 min drive to Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach. Very peaceful.

Beautiful view!

We love Hanalei Bay Resort. It's getting a bit older for sure and we miss the pool bar, but it's such a perfect spot, and this condo is the nicest one we've stayed at. Gorgeous view, nice furnishings, and close to the beach.

Fantastic stay in Princeville

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views were amazing. The unit was clean, quiet, private, and included everything we needed to prepare meals. If I could recommend anything, it would be nice to have a stool for the little kids to use for washing their hands, brushing their teeth, etc. If we are lucky enough to visit Princeville again we will definitely look into staying at this condo!

Heaven on earth

Hanalei is paradise on earth. This unit was phenomenal- ample space- the 2nd bedroom is actually a loft, not a bedroom with walls- was ok for our daughter but may not be suitable for those seeking more privacy. Top of the line decor, outstanding view. Plan on extra resort and parking fees that were not inexpensive! Daily fees were not expected especially after the high rate to stay here.. Happy talk is excellent view and a favorite spot to dine and take photos. Pool is most gorgeous and hot tub is huge! Beach is postcard like, has plenty of shade. Then you have full state of the art appliances in unit to wash clothes and gorgeous kitchen. Most comfortable beds we ever slept on too. We dream of the next time we can make it back. Much is mahalos ❤️🌈🙏

Family vacation on the North Shore

We stayed here for a week for a family vacation. This property was beautiful. It is part of Hanalei Bay Resort which is a timeshare community. It was slightly odd because there was communication from both the local resort staff and also from the separate property management team that manages the rental which I didn't realize would be the case at first. This was not an issue because staff from the resort and from the property management team were all very helpful and available for any needs. We all enjoyed the big pool. The gardens around the pool were beautiful. We ate at the restaurant once with great food and service and they had music nightly. There is also a pizza place which we did not try but heard was very good. Ample tennis courts available to use for free, rackets available for $20/day a piece. Very pretty walk down the hill to a great beach with large trees for shade. There is a reef which made it more calm for swimming and also great for snorkeling, we saw multiple sea turtles and a wide variety of fish. The condo itself was stocked with everything we needed and some extras including beach chairs, boogie boards, flippers, and an ice chest. Living area with plenty of space for our family of five and beds very comfortable. View is out of this world which we enjoyed from the large porch. We would stay here again

Amazing condo

We loved this beautiful room! Plenty of space. Amazing view of Hanalei bay. Check in was a little slow. Check in time was 3 pm and the housekeepers were finishing up as we entered but otherwise flawless stay! Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property and condo. Comfortable bed and everything you need to enjoy home away from home. Could not get enough of the views!! Would absolutely return. P.s. it may have been in listing and I missed it, but there is a resort and parking fee.

Beautiful views!

Lovely place with a magnificent view and central AC!! We enjoyed watching sunset from the front porch and seeing rainbows on the bay from the back. The pool is lovely and there’s also beach access through a paved trail from the resort. The only thing to disclose is that the unit is a good walk from the parking lot and also up three levels of stairs. Golf carts were available to take us around but sometimes had to wait. Other than that, we had a lovely time and no issues. Thank you!!

Nothing short of amazing

Great location and property. Condo was very comfortable. 3 beds very comfortable. Kitchen had all the basics to make a great meal. Unit is on top floor and requires stairs to access. Basic beach gear included (chairs umbrella and coolers). Beautiful pool area. Unfortunately they no longer serve drinks poolside but there is on site bar where u can enjoy drinks and music away from pool. Overall everything was better than the photos. View from lanai is beautiful and amazing way to start the day. Paved path on site to the beach with great snorkeling with turtles. Road to beach is steep but you can always call for golf cart transport if needed. Minutes drive to nearby grocery store and downtown Hanalei for restaurants and activities such as surfing. This was a great homebase to spend the week (3 kids and two adults). Thank you for great vacation! We hope to return!

Confusing

The online listing said this was a 3 bedroom condo with two baths. When we got here, there was one bath, one bedroom and a loft with two beds. I don’t know what happened, but paid a lot of money for this.

Well appointed with an incredible view!

Excellent condo with fully stocked kitchen. The lanai was our favorite spot and the outside furniture was very comfortable. Great to have a full size washer and dryer. Even had binoculars. We didn't use the resort facilities much but it seemed well maintained. Facilities and local restuarants close early so plan ahead.

Princeville / Hanalei Bay Resort - Spectacular Mountain Views!

It has become customary for us to visit Kauai in January -- it's the month of our birthdays, after all, plus a cousin of mine owns and operates the Na Pali Explorer company, and lives down in Lihue with his wife, who works in hospice care all over the island. To keep out of their hair, though, we like to stay at various spots around the island -- Princeville / Hanalei can be a little rainy / blustery in January, but we've been lucky the past two winters! We'd enjoyed our stay last year at the Hanalei Bay Resort (# 8232 the previous year - smaller unit, excellent Bali Hai views) so much that we returned this year -- this time, to the unit in question. We couldn't have been more pleased with # 9323! It's as advertised -- updated, luxurious, very homey, which is what we look for while vacationing in Kauai. It's more conveniently located to the large public pool / bar / reception areas -- this turned out to be a plus, for sure. It does not have the 'classic Bali Hai' view, but that's forgivable -- I mean, just walk 50 steps outside, you'll get to an area offering the same view. I'd highly recommend this unit -- we were just two people, but it would easily handle a family of 4-5 (upstairs loft area, for us, went completely unused). Looking forward to returning next January -- and revisiting the Hanalei Bay Resort!

Beautiful view

This condo was great with a pretty epic view! Located in Hanalei Bay Resort, it was pretty convenient to what we wanted to do on the north side. The condo is located a short walk from parking, but the resort has shuttles to help if you don’t want to walk & the drivers are great. Short walk or ride to the beach was nice - we watched surfers from the front porch every day. The chickens provide an early wake up call, but we didn’t mind - the sound of the ocean was great at night! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool is not heated and is a little cooler than the ocean water, but was refreshing on hot days. The hot tub was great! We had a great, relaxing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the view. Not sure we would have wanted to stay anywhere else in Princeville besides this place. Check out the fish market at the Dolphin Fish restaurant for fresh fish/sushi (skip the restaurant)!
