Perfection in paradise

Couldn’t have had a better week at this property. The house was a perfect size for our family and Kathy was lovely to deal with, and gave us some great tips on things to do. Would love to return one day!!

Amazing stay

The view from the back balcony is breathtaking-- the mountains, waterfalls and rainbows pretty much every day. Just waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony was so amazing. Being so close to the best snorkeling Hideaways beach, beautiful sunset lookout, and Queen baths was an amazing bonus!We have 2 children, a boy and a girl, so it was wonderful to have a separate area with 2 twin beds for them! With windows on 3 sides, the breeze was enough to keep the condo cool. We have used the AC only twice during our 10 day stay. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and felt very comfortable. We really appreciated the boogie boards, the snorkeling gear, the beach towels, the beach chairs, and small things like dishware, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, coffee, creamer, soy sauce, makeup remover wipes, off bug spray, after sun burn remedy and etc. We brought many of these items ourselves, not knowing, so we left some of the unopened items that we brought for others to use. All of the helpful items and attention to details, make you want to leave the condo in the same or better condition and to give back to this thoughtfulness. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

Superb condo in Princeville

This condo is nicely decorated, furnished, and equipped. The neighborhood is exquisite. The ocean is just a few yards away. The owner was very responsive in dealing with a few problems that arose, even though he was in Italy at the time.

Ocean access condo

Clean, comfortable, and close to the ocean! We couldn’t ask for better. Easy walk to see the ocean or wake up early (before 7am) and get one of 10 public spots to go to the beach. Otherwise, easy drive to hiking and other beaches. Enjoy!

Perfect Location

We had a short, but amazing stay. This property was walkable to some great snorkeling spots (with sea turtles) and very well located for the north side of the island. Our two boys loved the loft bedroom and we found everything we needed at the property. We will stay here again next time we visit Princeville.

Beautiful location!

We were shocked at how beautiful the location of this place is!! My husband’s favorite part was the overlook just in front of the place where people would gather at sunset and just chat! We saw two full rainbows and many whale sightings! It is close to three beaches but none of them are easy to get to. The kitchen is g rest, the beach toys and chairs are great. The beach towels are awful! They get lint all over you! Overall this place was fantastic! We even saw Albatross on the golf course. So amazing!! very easy to get to!

Perfect location, bigger than most

I’ve stayed in multiple condos at Hale Moi. This has 3 beds vs 1 typically so it is ideal for multiple people. Great location. Amazing view.

I like the high ceiling of the sleeping area / living area because we are only 2 people. We don't need the sleeping sofa. The back yard has a lot of trees. You can watch from inside the different birds flying from trees to balcony.

Great Stay

Great location and amenities. The owner communicated thoroughly, providing instructions and helpful bits of information for the rental and the area we were visiting. Lots of beach supplies such as snorkel gear, flotation noodles, flippers, umbrella, beach towels/blankets, chairs, boogie boards, a few beach toys, and netted carry bags. The beach chair straps were broken from sun rot but we rigged it up - access to them was a plus anyhow. There are local places to rent chairs if needed. The kitchen was great and having a washer/dryer in the unit was helpful. The views off the lanai are beautiful but the view from across the street is a taste of heaven! Go out at night and enjoy the stars. This unit is great for families but doesn’t offer much privacy for couples traveling together. It was just two of us and we loved it.

Adequate for our needs but a bit out of the way

Reasonable accommodations for the cleaning fee they charge you should not have to wash towels, take out trash and other. Also some basic needs were empty. No sugar, coffee filter box empty. Nice prettiest part of the island to stay. But out of the way for allot of things to do.

Great stay in Princeville

Great apartment for a stay on the north shore. We particularly appreciated the washer/dryer and beach towels. We couldn’t get the tv to work (but that may well have been our problem!) and we struggled a bit to keep the upstairs cool, but would recommend!

Perfect Location

This was a perfect place to land each day after hiking the Napali coast and snorkeling in the warm, clear waters of Anini Beach and Hideways Beach. The condo had exactly what I needed: a comfortable bed on the main floor, kitchen to prepare healthy meals, reliable Wi-Fi and walking paths to everything from the Princeville Farmer’s Market and Hideaway beach. Highly recommend purchasing the fresh catch of the day at the fish market in Hanalei. Same fish market has THE best sushi rolls. SO many options for fresh produce at the many farms & outdoor markets in the area. Food trucks: Incredible Thai (red curry) at the Princeville Saturday market. African (Sudani style with a Carribean twist) curry at the farmers market in Hanalei was one of the most delicious meals I’ve ever tasted.

Beautiful Princeville

Though the property is a bit outdated, and if you don’t mind some dust this is the perfect stay! We were able to over see some of the minor details of the site. The location is perfect. The management/home owner responsive. And the place was as cute as can be. For 6 people we made the one bathroom work for us. Would come back and stay at this location.

Kauai condo

The condo was spacious enough for four people and had all the amenities for cooking, etc. The beach gear was a bit worn- some of the chairs were broken- and snorkels were not the best. Also, the balcony was shared with the other unit, so it was not private. This is part of the island life, windows always open, but there was construction going on next door for two out of the four mornings we were there and the workers were quite loud. Overall, it is a comfortable, clean rental in a beautiful setting, and we appreciated our time there!

Great location!

Really loved staying at this condo. Great to be across the street from the sunset park, easy walk to the beaches, and great view from the deck. Kitchen well-stocked and king size bed really comfortable. Heads up- the final check-in email from VRBO did not include the key code; you have to pay attention to a prior email to get that info.

Beautiful view of ocean and mountains.

Beautiful view of the Makaleha Mountains and Hanalei Bay off the balcony. Ocean view out the front door. Lovely area and close to golf course which includes a walking path. The condo is very nice and everything you need in the kitchen, including lots of spices. Also provides beach towels and beach gear. Has a/c but we never used it because the days were mild and the evening cool. Stack washer/dryer in the kitchen was so convenient. King size bed was very comfortable. Minutes away from Foodland grocery store which has everything you need. Love the location in Princeville as you are close the Na’apali Coast and great hiking or head south to Kapa’a. Bubba’s burgers are very good. Also lots of restaurants and shops. Po’ipu Beach is nice and has a blowhole. Continue on up to Waimea Canyon. Best to go on a clear day for the spectacular views!!
