Princeville Charmer!

We absolutely loved our stay at Milo and Theresa’s condo! Perfect location, quiet, lush gardens and exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and daily activities offered on site by The Cliffs.Owner was very responsive and check in was a breeze! Our family of 5 rented both sides and of this condo and it was exactly what we were looking for as we spent the majority of time exploring beautiful Kaua’i and mostly just slept at the condo. We also enjoyed many sunsets from the cliffside. We had reservations about no a/c, but with the large sliding glass doors and windows open and multiple fans going, if you showered before bed and opened the doors between the units, the breeze was almost always enough from one side or the other to keep both units cool enough to rest well at night. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay, great property

The condo was just as described. We had everything we needed. The beach umbrellas and bodyboards were a very nice bonus, saving us from having to rent those. We would love to stay here again. The communication from the owner was superb, making sure we had everything we needed, before, during, and after our stay. Thank you!

Family vacation to Kauai

My kids and I had a wonderful stay at the place. It was perfect for two teens to have their own studio and for me to have my own. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals, two lanais with nice views of beautiful lush plants outside, a gorgeous pool, hottub for adults only, and everything needed to make for a wonderful visit! The staff was helpful and pleasant.Mahalo!

Felt like home

My family of 4 rented both units (with connecting foyer) for our very first trip to Kauai. It was perfect for us because the kids had their own bathroom, kitchenette and sitting spaces for attending their online classes, while mom & dad could enjoy some much needed R&R. The Wi-Fi was seamless to support them as well while they attended class. The cleanliness of the entire place was definitely to our same home standards (5 stars!) & we all remained healthy from start to finish, which left us to our adventures! The linens (including the top quilts were freshly washed, so it really felt like home. The surrounding property outside the 2 Lanai’s was gorgeous, tranquil & lush. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily visit from our gecko friend, the chickens & our free access to pick fresh produce! The pools were perfect and we surprisingly visited them more than once (in addition to adventuring!) The grounds at the cliffs is one of a kind beautiful & I’ll leave it at that, as you must experience it for yourself! The short walk to the cliffs over the ocean was breathtaking and had many surprises along the way. The Owners Milo & Theresa were the most responsive hosts we’ve ever had, and we could really tell they truly cared for their property & everyone who stays here. Milo & Theresa thought of everything! Having beach gear in the rooms was awesome & saved on having to rent gear elsewhere! Talk about convenient! We already have plans to stay here in the near future! Thank you!

Staying at the Cliffs

We liked the property. Good location, nice pool, and activities. Nice room. Owner was great. Lots of good communication. We had an issue with the TV cable. Owner had it fixed quickly. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars is that it desperately needs air conditioning. There is no adequate cross ventilation. The Cliffs recently added solar panels. They now need to install air conditioning to take advantage of the free electricity.

Princeville studio at the cliffs

This condo had everything necessary to have a great week in Kauai. The Cliffs is an amazingly beautiful well manicured property with friendly staff. The condo itself was clean and perfectly described. It did lack proper ventilation, so there was a moldy smell, that could be ignored by keeping the screen open. As a side note, one should know that there are limited restaurant options in Kauai in general, and that foodland refrigerators went out, so plan ahead with groceries and BBQ items before coming to the condo.

Excellent condo for 1-2 people

This condo is very well outfitted and comfortable, providing just what was needed for 1-2 visitors. The room does get warm but with the help of fans, it stays decent. The bathroom is very clean. I didn't use the small kitchen, other than the coffee pot, but seemed to have the basic essentials. Extras such as towels, coolers, beach chairs are a bonus. The complex is nice- clean, well attended, secure. Overall a very pleasant stay and experience. Mahalo!

Comfort and Convenience

The Cliffs have a lot to offer for first-time visitors with a concierge and activities onsite. This studio has a myriad of kitchen appliances to whip up just about anything you can imagine. The newly remodeled unit is beautifully done with shelf space and counter space in the bath, a walk-in shower and several hooks to hang up wet towels. Comfy and posh wicker chairs makes napping easy on the balcony and the bed provides a great night sleep. If you are a light sleeper, rest assured that the soundproofing is very good and cross-ventilation and fan provides indoor comfort.

A very pleasant studio in Princeville

Charmingly decorated, this studio provides everything you might need for an easy, low-maintenance stay in Princeville. Unlike many studios, this one has enough electrical outlets and enough surfaces for tablets, toiletries, phones, etc.--all the pieces that go with life today. We loved sitting on the deck, enjoying a cocktail at twilight.

Excellent stay!

Milo's studio in Princeville was lovely, absolutely perfect for 2 people! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and really nice lanai. Everything was sparkling clean. The studio also had everything that you could want for a day at the beach - chairs, umbrella, even boogie boards! The kitchen was equipped with a hot plate, pans and cutlery - perfect for making quick meals. The Cliffs is a nice condo complex with easy check-in at the front desk and other amenities like a pool, library and tennis courts. The unit is a short walk away from the bluffs with great views over the ocean. Milo was very communicative and helpful. Everything about our stay was perfect, we would love to be back!

Staying at Milo and Theresa's beautiful studio at The Cliffs in Princeville was perfectly wonderful. When we booked we didn't realize there were available tennis courts!? [we would have brought our own balls since the used balls were our only complaint] The hot tub was great too. All of this was secondary to Kauai's natural beauty. The Cliffs offered a Botanical nature hike to start our week, which was fun and insightful. There was plenty of comfortable seating to whale watch from the bluffs: Adirondack chairs & a hammock. Three times we drove the mile into Hanalei to enjoy exquisite food and walking among the shops and along the gorgeous beach. We'll return to this place if we're fortunate to travel to Kauai again.

Quaint and Peaceful

Lovely studio with everything you need to have a great vacation. You can cook and prepare all your food here, the bed is super comfy, the porch has great furnishings to relax in. Milo and Theresa provide towels, a cooler and beach chairs so beach going is super easy. The resort has a beautiful pool and hot tubs, activities, a small library, and great views.

We really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed studio. The room was very clean and recently remodeled. Thr property is located on the bluffs above the ocean. Food trucks and a farmer visit the site during the week. Overall a great studio in a great location.
