"Great place and a Lovely room!! But the check in felt a little weird/very rushed. The manager showed us the apartment and explained everything in like 1 minute. It was alot to take in and remember and he talked very fast so I had to ask again several times... It felt like he was in a hurry and that in turn made us feel unwelcome. Very weird customer service. But the place was lovely in a great quiet place with gorgeous surroundings."

The Bidhuisie is comfortable with all the modern necessities but also oozes with the charm of the Great Karoo and the history of the town. "Everything about this hotel is great. They take you back in time when nothing was too good for you. I have been in South Africa for 6 weeks and the evening meal was delicious on all courses. The best I have had on this trip. Service very friendly and helpful. "
