"This house was everything as listed and pictured. It was very clean in a nice neighborhood and walkable to downtown shops, eateries and galleries. The host was very accessible at all times and she answered my questions immediately. It's location was convenient to multiple attractions in the area. Stay here, you wont be disappointed!! "

"The house itself is very nice, it was clean, nicely decorated, and accommodating. However, the surrounding area is not the best. And, there is no outside furniture to dine outside or to enjoy the fire pit. So remember to bring lawn chairs. We did have trouble connecting with the Wi-Fi, but Stephanie was very easy to work with. We loved the front porch, it also has a lot of comfortably seating. The location is great, just a few blocks from the park, marina and Lake Huron. Many stores and restaurants are also in walking distance. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding ariund town and along the shoreline. We would definitely rent again!"

"If you have a large family group, and are looking for great accommodations on Grand Lake, this is your place. With 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, cottages this size are hard to find. This was our second stay here, having stayed in 2023, as well. Biggest improvement this stay was the blacktopped driveway! Very nice. There is plenty of parking space for 8 cars or more, plus your boat trailer. The grounds are expansive, with plenty of beach and two fire pits. The kayaks and paddle boat got a lot of use....

It was very spacious and comfortable We brought my elderly mother and it was very easy for her to get around. Nice having a main floor bedroom and full bath. We loved sitting outside. Beautiful view and very peaceful. It was close to town and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again!"
