  • In the front of the property is the completely renovated 1935 cottage on a large lot with plenty of room to park. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, A/C and heat, leather couch, free WiFi, 2 flat screen TV's with Direct TV, queen bed , twin day bed, with twin trundle. Please take the time to read the rules about our check in time. The following items are available: chimenea, 4 bikes (if available during your stay), toys, and games. Property has it's own gas grille. A Safeway grocery store right across the street! Eight tenths of a mile from the famous Whiskey Row with bars like the Bird Cage, Matts Saloon and Jersey Lilly Saloon just to name a few. Prescott Courthouse Plaza that host events like: arts and crafts shows, summer concert series along with street dances, 4th of July Parade celebrating the worlds oldest rodeo, Christmas Courthouse Lighting, Christmas Parade, Acker Music Night just to name a few. You are 10 minute drive from the Prescott National Forest, Goldwater and Lynx Lakes, Lynx Creek Ruins and many hiking and biking trails. It is IMPORTANT that before you book please read the rules about our check in time.
    This unit is on the same property with another vacation rental and there could be other guests staying there during your stay. The property is 3/4 of a acre so there is plenty of room.

Clean, Cozy & Convenient

Plenty of room for my family of four. The place was spotless, and at a great location. Large property around the cottage. Close to Whiskey Row, and a supermarket right across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Property

This is a nice property and as described in the listing. The host was friendly and helpful. It is very conveniently located, easy access to downtown and the south side of prescott.

Fantastic

Peggy and Rich were wonderful and very accommodating. I have stayed in many VRBO’s, the cottage we stayed in was one of the most well equipped accommodations to date. Everything was so well placed! The location is perfect. We were able to see all of Prescott and dining is top notch! Highly recommend this lovely place. Mahalo, Peggy and Rich🌺

Very clean, owners were fantastic at communicating :) the a/c worked but the second bedroom it didn’t reach so it was warm and it was 95 when we stayed. The WiFi wasn’t great it kept going in and out. Clean and great location but without a/c in one bedroom it was hot.

Awesome Owners & Location

My daughters (17 and 13) and I had an amazing time at this place. Perfect size for the 3 of us and could have fit 4 easily. Safe place to stay off the main road and gate to parking and house. Owners met us when we arrived and showed us around the property. They’ve done an HH amazing job renovating 2 homes built 70+ years ago. Highly recommend this stay!

Grouchy owner

Loved the property. Apparently we were supposed to be there no later than 3:00 pm. Being tourists we had a rental car that broke down and had to go back to Phoenix to get a new rental. We were several hours late. I am a confident 73 year old and he even intimated him. We went out and bought paper dishes and cutlery so we wouldn't have to use his kitchen wear. The washer had only very hot water for everything. We were so constantly aware of trying to follow his rules that it sort of made our time there rather sad. Would I go there again? Absolutely but I would suggest that someone other than him greet the guests.

Fantastic property

This is a fantastic property. We came in for the NYE celebration downtown. Very comfortable, quiet, and charming. Communication was awesome. Very easy check in and out process. Has plenty of extras, only two minute drive from downtown. If this is available, it’s a must rent! Already looking at staying again next year!

Cozy and comfortable!

Great holiday stay

Property was just beautiful and in a wonderful location. One of the best rentals we have stayed at in Prescott. We hope to return again and have told family and friends about our wonderful experience.

Cozy getaway

We loved our stay at this property. No issues. Everything was clean, cute, and comfortable. We would definitely come again to this property and we stay at various Vrbo’s several times a year in Precott.

Great Stay

This was the third time we have stayed with Rich and Peg. We love their cabins. We stayed in the smaller one in front and it was wonderful. So much room to relax and always well stocked with everything. Our last night by a fire, we saw 9 deer munching on pears. We will continue to stay here anytime we are in Prescott.

Cute and cozy Cabin

This is a really cute place in a great location witha nearby grocery store, walking distance (.5 mil) to a local brewpub with really good food (Lazy G). Great yard with a couple of tables to sit out and enjoy the sun and relax. Clean and cozy qith comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Some issues with internet, but Rick responded quickly and was helpful. Peggy eas very helpful before we even got there, when we were trying to get a dinner reservation at a restaurant in town. She actually went there and made it for us, as their phone lines were always busy. If we return to Prescott we will start again.

Excellent all around

Our stay was very enjoyable. We enjoyed meeting Peggy and have her show us around. And nice to put a face with a name. The cottage was exceptionally clean and had everything that is needed. It was nice that Safeway was right across the street. We will definitely stay again when we travel to Prescott. Thank you Peggy and Rich!

Home away from home

We stayed here the weekend before moving our oldest into ERAU. Wonderful hosts, great location, beautiful cabin. Will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Rich.
