Nine of us stayed for four nights. The house was immaculate, and the location was great. The hosts were just communicative enough - they were responsive and we knew if we needed something they'd help out, but it wasn't enough to be annoying. We all agreed we'd stay again in a minute. Comfortable beds, a great kitchen. Lots of little spaces if someone wanted to get away and do something else. Thanks to our hosts! The ONLY suggestions we have (and all nine of us consulted) are: 1) more than two dish towels and a dishcloth or a second sponge and 2) maybe some hooks in the showers to hang up wet towels. (pretty minor).

A cozy home for everyone!

This home has three large living room areas and a fun game room for the kids. There are two masters and two queens as well as two rooms set up for the kids. My only wish was that there should be TV sets in all of the bedrooms and at 75, climbing the steps to get to and from the kitchen to the bed and bathrooms became a little difficult.

Family get together

Prescott home is beautiful with great views and all the accommodations you will need. Plenty of space for our multiple families with little ones. The living room/ kitchen area is where we spent most of our family time and it held all of us comfortably. We saw multiple deer in the mornings and a few night time critters! The house is phenomenal!

Great stay. Only problem was elderly aunts with walkers. Stairs were difficult for them.

Very clean. Loved cooking in that kitchen and had plenty of space to sit out at night and watch the stars.

AMAZING PLACE!

This home was perfect for our extended family get together. It is laid out so well and had absolutely everything we could ever need. The location is perfect as well to enjoy Prescott and the surrounding areas. We had a lot of fun using the outdoor patio, hot tub and game room. We will definitely stay again!

family 100th birthday celebration

As a family we rented this house to celebrate the 100th birthday of the patriarch of our father/grandfather. The house was a great base for our family to gather and stay since we live far apart (5 different states) from each other. The house met our needs was extremely well stocked with appliances and amenities. The two master baths were larger than we anticipated. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. There were no problems. We would consider staying there again.

Perfection in Prescott

Great place, super owners. The only thing that was not clear to me was the stairs inside the home. There are two separate 1/2 stairways to each bedroom area, and more stairs to the laundry area. Not an big issue, but if you have mobility challenges, just be aware. We would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome Home and Property

We couldn't have been happier with this beautiful home in Prescott. The layout of the home was perfect for eight of us (and could easily have accommodated more) with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. The kitchen and great room were huge and had gorgeous views of the valley below. The amenities were numerous including things that you don't often see in rental properties, i.e. extra paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoos, etc. We all had a great time in the game room playing ping pong and foosball. While we didn't watch much TV, we did relax one night by watching a movie on the huge TV in the great room. So awesome! Prescott offers so many things to do and we did our best to explore everything there was to offer. Mike and Tammy were excellent hosts and would occasionally reach out to make sure everything was going well. If we had any questions, they answered immediately. Their website is outstanding with tons of information about the area, things to do and places to go, instructions regarding the home itself, what to expect upon checking in/checking out, etc. We hope to visit Prescott again and would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful home. Thanks again, Mike and Tammy, for a great vacation!

Wonderful house

My large extended family found this to be perfect for accommodating our group of many ages. Kids loved the activity room and made it their own. Adults loved the outdoor games, kitchen, many living areas. Decor and all inside top notch. 5 star Would definitely consider again.

Fantastic family gathering

This was just perfect for us. Kids epecially loved the game room which was like a haven for them. Backyard games a big hit. Big kitchen & 2 refrigerators a big plus. Decor and quality furniture delightful. Perfect weather made it a perfect stay. Thank you so much!

Family Thanksgiving 2023

We were throughly impressed with the home and the property. This was our third year of our Thanksgiving Family Tradition of bringing our families together. This year we had 5 households attend. Although the house was a little more than we generally spend it was well worth the money. We were impressed on all the amendies. Small things like having dishes and flatwear for 20+ people was amazing. The decor was spot on as well. Thank you.

Prescott Family Celebration

Property is lovely. Small glitch on check-in that the hosts were quick to remedy. Plenty of room for the 20 family/friends of all ages who spent a long weekend there, with enough games and activities available that even the teenagers remained totally engaged! Would definitely go back!
