Excellent Stay!The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like a home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the host’s attention to detail made the experience seamless. We also appreciated that it was pet-friendly our German Shepherd loved it here! Perfect Family Getaway

My family and dogs came to Prescott for a graduation and the home was perfect in every way. It was stocked with everything we needed, perfect location- close to everything and the backyard was a dream for our dogs. This was our second time staying here and we will be back without question!

Great location and great property

Highly recommend this property if you’re staying with family. Everything we needed was already at the house and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the small appliances you’d ever need. The backyard is very peaceful. Close to town but also quiet neighborhood to relax.

Excellent location for me and my pup!!

I spent my days hiking and riding my MTB. The location was excellent. We spent many hours at Thumb Butte. Tons of trails just minutes from the door great for hiking and biking. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I loved the backyard. Lots of shade and a nice place to hang out with my dog for meals. The doggy door was a huge bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice family retreat

We had a great time at this lovely house escaping the heat and experiencing Prescott. My dogs were able to come and hang out in the fully fenced yard.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Sanctuary at Thumb Butte! We felt right at home the moment we walked in the door. Truly, this is a turn key vacation place. The kitchen is complete, the linens really nice and it has all the comforts of home. The backyard is peaceful as well. We will be back!

Best VRBO Ever!!

This is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in due to its cleanliness and the host anticipating our every need. It has every little touch you could possibly want. The home has a feeling of welcomeness.
