We were shocked and disappointed when we walked in to find the property had not been cleaned. The sink had dirty dishes with food left for at least a week or more. We had to wash the bedding ourselves prior to being able to go to sleep as there were no extra sheets. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and air freshener since all such supplies were locked up and inaccessible. We sent photos and a message to the host and received a single response the next day asking only for clarification of what we purchased. No apology or further communication despite multiple messages. While we might recommend the property itself, I would have some serious reservations about the host and their lack of response and attention to ensuring the place is ready for the guests. We left the place cleaner than we found it. Sorry to say, we would not stay here again.

This is year 3 in this cabin. We love it. It’s quiet with woods behind you. If you want hustle and bustle, this isn’t the place for you. If you want quiet and peaceful, book it. The cabin has everything you need and Whiskey Row in downtown Prescott is less than 10 minutes away.

Property was clean and comfortably decorated... beds were great...watching the stars on the patio was awesome. It was very quiet despite having neighbors.This property was only a mile from the lake so that made things very easy for us. We would love to come back again.

Quaint Cabin review

This is probably our sixth stay at the cabin. We had a wonderful time, and the cabin was exactly as it was the other times we were there. Clean, and all the amenities that were advertised. Linda is a great host, too!

Granite Dells Quaint Cabin

This little cabin was very comfortable. It has everything you need for your stay. It is a very quiet location and has beautiful views from the deck in which to enjoy your morning coffee or just sitting and relaxing. If sitting on the deck at night you may hear coyotes in the distance. Did not see any wildlife but did enjoy many birds including a hummingbird which flew up close to me. There is a hummingbird feeder hanging on the deck which is empty and I was tempted to make some food for them while there. I feed hummingbirds where I live and they are my favorite little birds. The beds were very comfortable and quiet ceiling fans in each bedroom. Didn't do any cooking while there but appeared to have everything you would need if you did. Is not far from downtown for restaurant dining and close to a market and a CVS drug store and some fast food locations if so needed. A highlight for us was a short drive to a Dairy Queen for an evening ice cream. If you are wanting a very quiet and peaceful location with great views this it it. If visiting friends who live very close by again we would not hesitate staying here again.

Cozy Cabin Near Prescott

Excellent location to visit Prescott, Jerome and Sedona. Well equipped kitchen and nice dining room. The living room was so cozy and warm with a large screen TV and gas fireplace. Two outdoor areas to enjoy whether you wanted to grill, have a picnic or just sit back and enjoy a view of the hills.

Nice Weekend

The home provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very clean, well-stocked, full-size amenities in bathrooms. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy but all-in-all, the trailer park folks were quiet. I do not recommend for folks with mobility issues as there are steps to enter/exit. The back deck is a 10!

This Place Rocks

As usual, the place was spotless. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The back patio is the gem of the property. Other than sleeping, it’s where we spent most of our time. It looks into a granite hillside with a lake on the other side of the hill. It’s so quiet. You can’t hear any road noise, but you may hear a duck or goose. The worst part of our trip was leaving to go home. We’ll be back for sure.

Relaxing

Cute house, comfortable beds, air-conditioning worked great! Location was convenient, straight shot to downtown and a lot of beautiful lakes nearby. Only downside was upon arrival we thought the neighborhood was a little sketchy with a trailer park right across the road. However, those people were very quiet and stayed to themselves, and we were there over the weekend, Overall, it's a lovely place and would stay there again.
