Very comfortable home both for sleeping and visiting. Small details like providing ample coffee pods for our stay and thoughtfully placed lighting that helped you navigate at night if you needed to.

Perfect Getaway

This is a beautiful property with stunning views and rooms in which to enjoy them. The house was very complete with all the items and more you might need for a stay (kitchen, cleaning, etc.). Best for a spring, summer or fall stay, as the driveway is very steep.

Amazing Views !

This house is so amazing and a great place for friends or family to enjoy. Its has amazing views , deer feeding right outside in the back porch area. We loved this place and will definitely be back.

The pictures don’t do the house justice, it’s a very clean and adorable place. Caters to adults, very close to everything really. Had an amazing stay.

Great Home in Prescott

We had a wonderful time. The home was clean, well decorated and had fun amenities. This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in.

Gorgeous views

Perfect location with great views and lots of nearby hiking trails. We spent many hours in the “sun room” talking, laughing and soaking in the landscape.

Awesome House!

Booked this house for a girl's trip and we loved it! Such a cool layout and awesome views! Very clean and Anthony was very responsive and nice. Definitely recommend!

Summer Vacation

This place has a great view of the Prescott Valley. The bedrooms are large, and all have comfortable beds. The two levels provide ample space to spread out and relax. Thanks again for the great experience.

Excellent stay

Beautiful house and great location. Views were amazing. We were in town for a softball tournament. Two families fit comfortably in the house. Plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful house with beautiful views

House was a charmer and very clean. The views were beautiful. There is everything you could possibly need in this area as far as retail stores. We did daily drives to Grand Canyon and Sedona from here as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

Three couples stayed in this beautiful home and enjoyed Prescott. The view was awesome, and the different venues on the property offered full access of the views. This property enhanced our Prescott stay! The only downside was that there were only 2 and 1/2 baths, but workable.

Gorgeous Home - Excellent for long stays

This home is in a perfect location, central between Prescott and Prescott Valley. The home has clearly been remodeled recently, and they spared no expense! Gorgeous home on the inside. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and in excellent condition. Great patio! Great views! Very relaxing home! My family will definitely be booking this home again in the future.

Collage Graduation stay

Our son was graduating collage and we needed a gathering place, instead of renting two hotel rooms this worked perfectly. Ground level master and down stairs bedrooms/bath everyone had their own space. The driveway is a bit steep and our car wouldn't make it down the driveway without scraping, but with an empty lot next door there is plenty of street parking, the neighborhood is very quite and the views fantastic along with a family of deer that visited each night we had a great stay.

We LOVED This Home! The Host thought of everything to make our stay GREAT! Quality Beds and Bedding/Pillows, Large Kitchen with all the amenities/Coffee and Tea Bar, Available board Games, Cozy Fireplace, Spacious Bedrooms with additional portable heaters and throw blankets, BBQ, Fire Table with Seating, Beautiful Outdoor Dining space, Warm and VERY TASTEFULLY DECORATED, Inviting, Super Clean Home with BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! I got up before sunrise just to watch it from the Sunroom. WE WILL BE BACK!!

A Pleasant Prescott Stay

This is the second time we rented a VRBO home in Prescott and we will definitely rent this one again. The home is conveniently located and easy to find. The overall updated decor and appointments are great throughout the home. Two areas in the home we loved were the sunroom and the outdoor deck. We all slept well with clean and comfortable bedding/mattresses. Since our group was only four adults, we didn't need to use the fantastic lower level except to use the bathroom/shower (love the heater) and gain access to the exceptional outdoor deck! The additional upstairs laundry in the kitchen area was a nice amenity.

The perfect home with the perfect view!

This property shows extremely well on the listing and pictures. Our stay exceeded all expectations. The open layout of the house comfortably supports large family meals in the kitchen/dining area or just hanging out in the family room. The office area makes it easy to get away for work calls when needed without impacting the rest of the family. That said, the best part of the house was the view... Watching the sunrise or the occasional rain storm roll in from over the hills was extremely relaxing from the sunroom and the deck. It would be a challenge to spend too much time enjoying the view from either area. The house was clean, well appointed and well thought out (e.g. upstairs and downstairs washers and dryers). Our stay couldn't have been more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental property and will look to book here first for our next trip out to the Prescott area.

Knitting Retreat

This property was better than we expected. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The glassed porch area was the absolutely perfect spot to sit and knit while we visited and we spent nearly all of our time there. The view from there was amazing! We appreciated the book we found on the kitchen counter with its clear instructions. There was just one downside.I have used VRBO on many occasions and this was the first time I did not speak personally at any time on the phone when having a question. I can understand the importance of things being done in writing, but I missed the personal touch that a phone conversation has brought to our stays in the past. In addition not having check in instructions until 2 hours before we left home was stressful. The host may take this into consideration. All things being considered we had a wonderful time and thank Anthony for the assistance we did receive and in making this a memorable experience.
