This property was beautiful and furnished with even the small things. We traveled with our small dog and when we arrived there was a dog bed and bowls waiting for us. The home was clean, and very comfortable, and located close to town. The owner went above and beyond, offering help with anything we needed. We will be back, for sure.

BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!

My husband and I travel for a living. We have stayed at multiple properties, hotels, resorts, and short-term rental rentals like this one.When we stay in Prescott, we usually stay at the very nice Hilton downtown or in a rental property that we absolutely love.When that specific property was unavailable, I was very disappointed and almost changed the dates of my stay However, instead of doing that, I decided to take a chance and scroll the website to see if I could find something comparable.When I saw this listing and looked through all of the pictures and reviews, I was very optimistic.What’s solidified my decision, was my text communication with Mirandy, the property manager.Mirandy was not only gracious and attentive in all her communication, but I actually had the opportunity of meeting her in person by my choice. She is wonderful!When I checked in, I was absolutely beyond over blessed by the accuracy of what I saw online to what I experienced in person.The property is meticulously maintained. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy around the property. It is secluded enough to enjoy privacy, but convenient enough to stores and restaurants.The color schemes in each bedroom and the quality of the decor, linens, and furniture is what you would expect to see in a very high-end propertyI was so impressed with the property, that we rebooked it immediately in the month of December.This is now my new favorite property in Prescott

Wonderful Stay at a Beautifully Appointed Home!

We had an amazing experience at this property. The home was beautifully appointed—stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The owner went above and beyond, staying in constant communication and offering helpful suggestions for touring the area, which really enhanced our trip. She also thoughtfully stocked the house with many extra items that made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Our OC family visiting our Prescott family

We traveled (7 cousins including my 94 year old mother) to visit her 85 year old brother and family. This home worked out perfect and Mirandy went over and above to make sure my mom was comfortable. She even added toilet safety rails to assist my mom. So thoughtful. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. I usually rewash the dishes before we use them at other rentals, but this was not necessary at this home. One comment is if you have several electrical devices that are needed over night (Cpac machines, cell phones, etc) bring a power strip. The plugs are full near the beds. Although I’m sure after Mirandy reads this she will provide them . I highly recommend this home for your next visit to Prescott.

Quiet relaxing neighborhood

We arrived to find the home clean, well stocked, and with advertised features. The neighborhood was quiet, with well spaced properties, and everyone we passed said hello. The bedroom en suites were all lovely and large, and temperatures were comfortable day and night. The kitchen met all of our utensil and cooking needs, BBQ was clean and easy to use. The upstairs deck off dinning room is a great space, and the traffic below was no problem for our taste, coming from a big city. The dinning room options are all great: the large table inside, and outside tables on both sides of house. The garage was clean, and a helpful storage space for our belongings. The house was integrated to the land, the granite and slopes, instead of forcing the land into an unnatural flat lot—this is exactly what we love about Prescott. Skip the tract homes and live together with nature. The house location was perfect: close to trails, shopping, and the square, easy trips to Watson Lake or Heritage Park, yet still a place for peace and quiet.

Absolutely beautiful

This place was stunning inside and out. The bedrooms were perfect for our group cooking was made easy with everything you could possibly imagine and check-in was easy. Our host was very accommodating to all of our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone staying.

Perfect for New Years Eve!

We had a wonderful time here celebrating New Year’s Eve. Originally, we really wanted to book a cabin for NYE but found that this house ended up being PERFECT! Location was great for what we were doing but neighborhood was still quiet like a cabin. Super close to downtown and Prescott’s famous “NYE Boot Drop”. We literally had the best time and would HIGHLY recommend doing this! Some of the amenities we really loved: Most of the rooms had king size beds for the couples on the trip! The kitchen and coffee bar were stocked with anything we needed. Made cooking at the house SO EASY. The big dining table made playing games and eating meals together really enjoyable. It was a little too cold for us on the deck but it’s definitely very nice. Mirandy was very responsive and made sure the house was stocked with everything we needed. Didn’t have to communicate much during the trip because she made sure everything was taken care of and communicated ahead of time. Checkout list was fair and reasonable. Did not ask for us too much outside of making sure trash was taken out, dishes were done, and towels were on the floor of bathrooms. Overall, we loved this property and the memories we made here. If you have a bigger group like ours it really is a great house.

Disappointed.....

Unfortunately, this home was not the best experience for us. Having two younger children and the home having an issue with spiders and wasp both inside and outside. We ended up having to rent a room at a hotel and leave the home a few days before our trip was complete.

Perfect place for 3 couples

I loved the property. There were three very separate sleeping areas, each with a bathroom, two nice group areas and great outside areas. It was so clean and comfortable. I would definitely love stay there again!

Beautiful retreat house

This was a great place for our family to escape. The house is close to town but feels secluded. Inside the house is beautifully decorated and feels homey. Outside the house has several areas to sit and relax. The bathrooms were well stocked with all the necessities and then some. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a cute well stocked coffee bar that we utilized a lot. This house is definitely at the top of my list of places to revisit. Next time we will bring some friends.
