The house was perfect for our visit. It had everything that we needed and some! The owners were wonderful at communication and offered a lot of extra information about the town. The house is a little tricky to get to, but was worth it.Definitely plan on staying here again.

Fantastic stay, owners great at thinking about the little things

Stayed with my partner and our dog. Owners did a great job communicating with us on check-in procedure and and went above and beyond with local hiking and food recommendations (food was incredible!). The cabin was cozy and we were impressed with the owners considerations of the small details. Would definitely visit again!

From start to finish, this VRBO experience was top-notch! The hosts were absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful in every way. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. The property itself was spotless, cozy, and incredibly inviting. The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful and tucked away, yet still close to everything I needed. The grounds were simply stunning, with beautiful landscaping and a magical little wooded area that felt like a hidden retreat with a lovely hammock to rest and relax in. The outdoor patio and grill were a major highlight. It was the perfect setup for enjoying meals outside and unwinding in the evening. One of the sweetest surprises was how welcoming the hosts were to my cat. Not only were they completely accommodating, but they even left a little cat toy for him—such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly at home. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I will definitely be back!

Perfect location near downtown Prescott

We were in Prescott for my youngest child’s college graduation. And the casita was just right for us. It was close to everything we needed to get to, had all the confits of home and so many thoughtful special details to make our stay extra comfortable. We loved every day we got to spend there and would highly recommend a stay at Karen and Dave’s quiet little oasis near the town center.

FANTASTIC CABIN !!!!!

Dave and Karen are the best! Communication was exceptional, the cabin was beyond beautiful, totally stocked with everything from A-Z, a nice little gift (champagne) left in the fridge and not to mention- this place is immaculate, charming and absolutely beautiful! Cozy get away! We will definitely stay again! Location is also great for the fact that its close to so many restaurants and stores! Give it a try- you will not be dissapointed!!!!!!!

Just what the doctor ordered

My adult daughter had had a medical event requiring over a month in a nursing facility. After her discharge, she still needed a week to gain strength before traveling. This cozy little home was perfect! A well stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, , full laundry, and everything was sooo comfy. Highly recommended!

Cozy getaway.

The house was everything we'd expected, and everything we needed was provided and more! The description was accurate. The only issue we experienced was the size of the bed, as we are accustomed to a king size. The bed was comfortable but it was a queen sized bed.

Cozy, cute and quiet gem.

We really enjoyed our stay with our 2 small dogs. The hosts were on top of everything! They really cater to their guests, more like family actually. The accommodations were clean, quiet and cozy and they supplied everything, and then some, to make us feel at home. They even left turkey squeeze stuffies for our fur babies! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone going to visit the area. We also really enjoyed learning about the tragic but heroic story about the Granite Mountain Hotshots.

Vacation Retreat

Very private, nicely decorated, and convenient to town amenities. Especially enjoyed the large terrrace area with grill and generous seating for sharing with our son and family in the evenings while visiting. Highly reccommend.
