We have remodeled to include upgraded amenities & flooring, yet kept it's old world charm. The Suite is the entire UPSTAIRS of the home with a private entrance. It has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker along with a King Bed, Bathroom and Large Private Outdoor Porch over looking many historical homes of beautiful downtown Prescott. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Downtown is 5 blocks away, so walking is easy & very safe. The Square offers a great music scene, Whiskey Row, tasty restaurants and shopping. All so close but yet our neighborhood is incredibly quiet. The Courthouse square is full of surprises with festivals, Parades, Art & Craft Fairs, Car Shows... there is something for everyone in this little town. We love it and know you will too! Please keep in mind this is the UPSTAIRS SUITE of the Farmhouse. There are stairs to reach the top floor of the home. Also, take note the downstairs (Main House) maybe concurrently rented. Being that the home is located in the Historic District, there are several homes that are being returned to their former glory. You may hear occasional normal construction noise.
