We held our own private quilt retreat and the house was perfect for us. We created beautiful quilts and enjoyed our time in Prescott. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. We hope to make it an annual tradition.

Short stay for Wedding

Great Property! Very spacious and the home is exactly as described. Was great for 4 couples, each having their own bedroom. Had a few hiccups getting into the unit then discovering some unmade beds but the property manager immediately made it right and also refunded our early check in fee since we really couldn't move in until housekeeping was through. Very prompt and thorough cleaning by housekeeping once they arrived. Would stay here again! Thanks!

The Home is Beautiful!

We were very impressed by the quality of the home. There were a couple of minor items that needed attention and were shared with the property manager. The neighborhood is very well kept and safe. Overall it was a lovely experience.

A 70th Birthday Celebration

This property exceeded all expectations and certainly is one where photos do not do it justice. It was clean, well-equipped, and elegant. The management staff were extremely responsive and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer. As someone who is considering relocating to Prescott, this property provided fresh ideas and insight as to a great neighborhood to consider.

Beautiful, Wonderful Colter Bay Chateau

We enjoyed almost a week long stay at this beautiful residence. The amenities provided by the Colter Bay home are tasteful and wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and the home provided us with a peace and comfort usually only provided at one's home. Although there were some minor repairs that need to be completed they did not take away from our residence or stay. The outdoor sitting area was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting there both at early evening and to view the stars and constellations. The home is tastefully decorated with all the amenities one could ask for. The check in and check out procedures were simple and easy. We hope to be able to stay again at the Colter Bay property for an extended stay next time. We rate it a 10 out of 10.

Colter Bay Chateau

We had a wonderful stay at Colter Bay! This home is quite large and very well equipped! It is so very peaceful with an amazing view! Would highly recommend it especially for families that need to spread out a bit and not be on top of each other!

Colter Bay Stay

Beautiful home in a nice location. Overall as advertised One of two recliners broken. Living room tv a challenge to operate, no instructions provided. Kitchen screen door handle broken. Kitchen eating utensils (spoons) had two sizes:too small and too large. Some bathroom soap dispensers inoperable. Front bedrooms hard to cool at night.

Great views and excellent space for family

We stayed here for a family wedding. The place was clean and well kept. The sunrises were beautiful and the patio was an awesome way to end the day around the fire pit. Would definitely stay here again.

ERAU Graduation

We rented the home while we were in town for Embry-Riddle‘s graduation. The location of the home was safe and tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood. The home and yard were very nice, there is just some mild upkeep that they are working on. We had a problem with the door code however, property manager responded immediately, and we were able to get access.

Ladies getaway

Check in code didn't work. Had paid for early check in but code didnt Work had to call manager. Closet door in one guest room was off the track, dish washer not emptied from previous guests. Water leaking onto kitchen floor evidently from dish washer. Wi fi code given didnt work. Several patio furniture fabric had been chewed by rodents. Manager however was very responsive and helpful

Prescott get away..

We were visiting Prescott with friends to explore different areas of the city for real estate opportunities. This VRBO home was conveniently located and excellently appointed with amenities to service our needs.The home on Coulter Bay is comfy with nice views and outdoor living space.

Great comfortable house

Great house to stay in. Rooms very nice. Very comfortable. Walk in bathtub was a cool experience! Outdoor fireplace worked easily. Note to management-indoor fireplace did not work for us.
