For a Solo Traveler it was very good room, very small, as I expected. It was very clean. The little refrigerator and microwave came in handy. Heat and air conditioning worked very well. There was good communication from The Host on what to do. However I was unclear how I could communicate with the host. Biggest concern is the mattress, it sags in the middle and is hard. Also the shower door needs to be adjusted so it will close all the way. As instructed, I took the garbage out on the last day. But the garbage bins where I put it we're both very overflowing, as if they hadn't been emptied in a very long time. Travelers should know that it is in a residential area in the South part of prescott.

I enjoyed staying here. This was a cozy cabin that provided everything you would get from a name brand hotel. The staff communicated well and gave me no issues. Just a great comfortable place to stay next to downtown Prescott.

The bunk house was very clean. Sheets, towels, floors, shower, everything. It had good hvac, comfortable bed. Good and clear instructions.The only changes would be the sink drain, it is very, very slow. The shower door leaks under making a wet mess on the floor. A few more towels would be nice as 3 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 hands towel were not sufficient for a four night stay for two people. It is a great location! We would stay there again.
