"This is probably the cleanest, most beautiful hotel for the money we’ve ever stayed in. The nightly rate was comparable to the other hotel rooms in town, but here you get a huge spacious apartment! All new, chic, and very comfortable. Easy to walk to Wharf St. and the dining and shopping area too! The manager was very responsive, friendly and accommodating as well! This place is a gem!"

"We had an amazing family vacation at this home! Amy was helpful throughout the whole process and the house had everything we needed! The house comfortably fit all 16 of us and a few furry friends as well! We enjoyed our time down at the dock, kayaking/paddle boarding, swimming, playing yard games, and hanging by the fire. "Great, comfortable place to stay. The location is super walkable. There are several bars/restaurants very close, and other areas are close enlighten to walk to as well (I.e. Congress Street). Commercial is a bit of a walk, but if you’re like us and love to walk a new area. It’s not that far. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. Communication was great. We would stay here again!"

It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. "The house was beautiful and in a great location. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was labeled makingnit easy to find and put away. The beds were comfortable. There wa plenty of seating for meals. The stairs to the lake are well-maintained an has benches at every landing should you need to rest. The boats, paddles, and PFDs were in good condition. Overall it was a great stay. "
