Excepcionalmente Bien Todo Perfecto hasta la última noche que fuimos a cenar al restaurante Orangie servicio excelente fuimos 3 parejas a cenar la comida mediocre totalmente y el costo versus calidad muy malo fue la única experiencia negativa de nuestro viaje que fue de 3 semanas por Europa

El hotel tiene una vista espectacular y está ubicado junto a las bodegas de Oporto, es una larga caminata para ir a la cuidad, pero está en una zona más tranquila de la ciudad sin duda.

Todo muy bien: habitación (Superior) muy amplia, vistas de Oporto espectaculares desde todos los lugares; servicio muy atento. Un punto a mejorar es la iluminación en la habitación, algo insuficiente.

Great business stay
Hotel of high service standards and quality. Staff always available, fast, kind and propositive. Receptionists are kind snd helpful. Lobby guys and valet key guy very kind and professional. Amenities at top level, stylish and immaculate. Service at the bar punctual and very attentive. Rooms spacious, spotless, vith incredible views on Porto river side. Restaurants of high standard, the main one is a 2 micheline's stars: highly recommended. Swimming pool atea very groovy and relaxing: impecable service there too. Breakfast area is great, especially pastries which are delicious. A hotel that is perfect for holidays and short busihess quite stays. Extremely recommended despite the price that can be offputting but obviously for this level of service you need to pay adequately (400€ x night approx my room)

Un hotel excepcional maravillosamente ubicado.
El mejor hotel de Oporto, con unas vistas increíbles.El trato exquisito, en un marco acogedor, donde el relax,con unas instalaciones de spa, gimnasio, saunas etc...son maravillosas. Su oferta gastronómica con dos estrellas michelín, cafetería y terraza con vistas lo hacen único, volveré.

volveria la proxima vez
Los cuartos del hotel aparte de comodos amplios limpios con unas abanas divinas tiene una vista que no tiene ningun otro hotel, parece k esta viendo una postal, no puedes dejar de ver por la ventana, no tiene la mejorhubicacion pero si es el mas bonito y con vistas k no puedes dejar de ir aunque sea para tomar un cafe, me encanto!!!!

Wonderful hotel offering best possible view of Porto. The only drawback is two Michelin stars restaurant: stay away from it! Food is overdone and unattractive plus they let in people in shorts for dinner.

The location of the property is outstanding. The views of the historical city of Port and Douro River are mesmerizing and unforgettable, day or night. The service is impecable from the moment you enter the property, front desk personnel and very knowledgeable concierge staff. Young, pleasant and helpful staff all the way around. Our room, in the higher priced area of the hotel, is well appointed but dated in decor. Had to ask for a change of mattress and pillow top as it was lumpy on first night. it was changed for the better....That said, the room size was ample and so was the bathroom. Nice robes, slippers and lovely toiletries. Tired bathroom appliances (ie toilet seat, basin counters..BUT good shower, good water pressure). Impecable and very nice accommodating housekeeping staff. Turn down service as expected. To compete with a Four Season property, the rooms needs to be updated. The SPA was amazing. Great masseuses! top notch SPA facility. Indoor pool with amazing views of the city of Porto and Douro river. I would stay again at The Yeatman. I am hoping though the mattresses are updated at the very least. The Staff made up for the lacks described above.

What a beautiful hotel! This is now one of our top 3 favorite hotels! The hospitality and service is top notch. The staff are so helpful even before our stay. I had inquired for various services and the staff were so prompt with their responses. The moment we arrived, they immediately took care of us especially traveling with a toddler. They got my daughter a teddy bear when we checked in. They let us check in early and they prepared a really cute crib with baby toiletries and baby slippers! It was a really nice touch. We also dined at their restaurants for most of our stays including the Gastronomic Restaurant. Everything we ate there is delicious. The breakfast buffet was impressive and the the Gastronomic experience was amazing! We also had requested for an onsite babysitter so we can celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to Mariana. She was an absolute sweetheart with our daughter. I can go on and on how wonderful this place is. Yeatman is voted one of the best hotel in Portugal and it exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable!

The hotel has a spectacular position overlooking the river and historical centre of Porto. Service was excellent and not overbearing. Breakfast and dining generally were high quality. The outside pool area is lovely. You can walk down to the river direct from the hotel, where there are a lot of bars and restaurants - it is however quite a steep path, so perhaps not suitable for all. Thoroughly recommended.

Staying at The Yeatman is like gaining access to a secret club; you’ll feel like royalty. The facilities are fabulous, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the view is unfeasibly lovely, especially from the infinity pool. Oh, and the best restaurant in Porto is right there on site.
