Una vivienda amplia y bien equipada.

Hemos estado un grupo de 12 personas (tres familias con dos niños cada una). La estancia ha estado genial, la vivienda es práctica, cómoda y bonita. Los 6 dormitorios disponen todos de baño privado, armarios y A/A. La cocina y el salón eran confortables y amplios. El exterior muy agradable también, con grandes mesas y muchas sillas. Otra cosa a destacar es la cercanía a las playas y supermercados.

We had a great stay at this Villa and would definitely consider coming back. The location is perfect - only 10 mins to Beach / Alvor town and less than 5 to the nearest supermarket (you do need a car to get around). The property is spacious, clean and well equipped. Their is aircon in each bedroom as well as the main living area. The views are fantastic and it is very quiet on a night. We didn't have a problem with mosquitos and so were able to enjoy the outdoor bar & dinning areas most evenings. The pool is perfectly proportioned and our family (7 adults kids) were all able to enjoy it at the same time. The host is fantastic, very flexible and welcoming. Not a bad word to say about the villa, location, host or amenities

We had an amazing stay at Jaime's villa, there was so much space inside and out which suited our group of 4 adults and 8 children perfectly. The pool was great for cooling off on some very hot days and we were very glad of the air conditioning throughout the villa! All communication with Jaime was great and he was always quick to reply with any queries we had! We loved the fruit trees, collecting eggs from the hens, the frogs and just relaxing in the beautiful grounds! Thank you Jaime, we will definitely be back!

Fabulous place to stay.

We were a family of 12, 10 Adults and 2 Children, The villa had plenty of room for all of us, and is very well equipped, The pool was the main gathering area during the day and was very clean. In the evenings we had family BBQ's and the outside area was well lit and the large table was big enough for us all to sit at the same time. The Children loved to feed the chickens with leftover food each day. Jaime the host was very helpful and easily contacted on WhatsApp. using the villa wifi.We all enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this villa to everyone. Many thanks Jaime. may see you again if we can organise the whole family together.

Fantastic holiday

The property is beautiful. We had the most amazing time here. The property is very spacious and extremely well equipped. We stayed as a family of 6 adults and 5 children ages ranging from 1 year old to 13 years old with lots of space for everyone. Extremely friendly, helpful and attentive host. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely location. Would highly recommend.

Maison forte agréable

Grande maison bien agencée permettant de vivre dehors ou à l’intérieur. Les points forts : - 6 chambres avec salle de bain individuelle, - Piscine très agreable - Environnement nature (orangers, marre à grenouilles (coassement non gênant), chats), - Emplacement (sous réserve d’avoir un véhicule), - Conseils de Jaime, fort sympathique, - Accès Internet performant. Points faibles : - Pas d’accès facile à l’extérieur de la propriété sans véhicule (toutefois la route est suffisamment éloignée pour ne pas être sensiblement gênante phonétiquement), - Présence des chats (à l’extérieur uniquement) pour ceux qui sont allergiques (ce n’était pas notre cas), Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour (après jours) dans cette résidence.

This was a lovely property with more than enough room for 8 adults and 5 children (including 2 toddlers and 3 babies). We loved using the outdoor space and picking fresh fruit each day to eat. Not an issue at all but I would note that the smaller pool is only heated in the winter. Thanks again for having us Jaime.

Fantastic villa, wonderful stay

Our family holiday of 5 adults, 2 teens, 2 11 yr olds and 2 8 yr olds was made special by staying in this fabulous place. The accommodation was exactly as described and all the rooms were a great size. So relieved the a/c was there as weather extra hot for a couple of days. The teenagers loved being able to get away from the younger ones at times and have their own space. The pool was a winner for all ages. The gardens are very pretty with plenty of space to spread out. Children disappointed the fox got to the chickens before we got there! They did go looking for them as soon as we arrived! Thankyou for a great stay.

Beautiful House!

The house is very big and so much room. We also liked the house outside and the pool was really nice. Unfortunately, there was no household utensils such as toilet paper, waste bag or soap available and had to buy this ourselves. We also had problems with hot water. However, the host was very friendly and always available to help.

Perfekt für große Familien

Wir haben hier mit 7 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern (2 bis 13 Jahre) eine tolle, erholsamen Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist groß, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette. Das Geländ hat einen rießigen Obstgarten, wir konnten täglich frische Orangen und Zitronen pflücken und haben jeden Morgen frisch gepressten Orangensaft genossen. Die Bäume duften herrlich. Das Gelände ist komplett umzäunt, so dass wir die Kinder bedenkenlos rum tigern lassen konnten. Der Pool ist groß genug um kleine Bahnen zu schwimmen, der kleine Pool war für die kleineren Kinder perfekt. Auch der Grillplatz ist toll, wir haben fast täglich frischen Fisch vom Markt gegrillt, eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen ist auch bereits vorhanden. Vom Haus aus ist alles innerhalb kürzerer Fahrzeiten erreichbar, Märkte, Restaurants, Strände, Städte, Erlebnisbad, Zoo ... . Der Vermieter war über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Restaurant-Empfehlungen und weiteren tollen Tipps versorgt. Es war ein sehr netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Jaime est vraiment une personne très sympathique et très disponible la propriété est grande les chambres sont très bien réparties salle de bains au nombre parfait piscine suffisante nous n avons pas pu cependant profiter des vélos qui étaient à plat mais les enfants avaient leur propre vélo qu ils ont pu faire autour de la propriété on a bien profité des poules et des oeufs c était sympa pour les enfants je remercie jaime de sa gentillesse et des réponses qu il m a donné avant le séjour très réactif nous avons apprécié encore merci

Perfect stay

Amazing property for family/friends vacations!

We were traveling with 6 kids aged 3 to 12 and we loved our stay at this property, besides all the space inside with all the rooms needed for 12 people, there is also the amazing outside space :) There is the pool: a big one and smaller one for the small kids, all surrounded by real grass and trees and with pool beds. There is a stream neighborhooring the property near the pool, and you can hear the frogs! There are fruit trees towards the front of the house and a chicken hen: you can feed the chickens while you are there! That part of the property is like a farm, and there is a lot to explore around the trees. Next to the house, just outside the kitchen door there are tables and chairs enough for 12 + people. Plus another table under shade that can sit 8-10 px. Inside you have everything you need, plus small, useful and kwerky items that you can only get in a property managed by the owner. The owner, Jaime, is super nice, very helpful and friendly. We needed another remote for the gate and Jaime managed to the deliver one on the same day. The cars have shaded parking, enough for 3-4 cars. We slept very well, and there was really nothing we thought was missing! We had an amazing week with our extended family and we hope to come back again soon!

Confort et accueil chaleureux pour un groupe de familles

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à la villa des orangers. Idéale pour les familles et les enfants qui se sont beaucoup amusés à la piscine et dans le jardin. La plage et la ville d'Alvor sont à quelques minutes en voiture.

Trés Bonne Séjour, la piscine est excepcionelle avec Le jacuzzi.

La proprieté est trés grande. Nous étions 12 adultes et c'est aussi grande por être confortable. Jaime est trés amable et eficace quand on a eu aucun petit problème. Por meliorer, Le premie jour on a manqué de papier dans Le toilet. Il faut être very attentive à l'entrée de la proprieté par Le traffique même avec Le mirroir à la route. Je recomende la proprieté pour un grand groupe, même avec enfants parce qu'il y a beaucoup de conveniennces pour eux.
