Great View of Seattle Skyline

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The place is very charming and right on the water. Wish we could have stayed longer as it was very relaxing, and the weather was perfect. Beautiful flowers blooming all around in the area.

Location, Location, Location

The view from the front window is amazing. The home is comfortable. There is a bar and Mexican restaurant right around the corner.This home is dated, so if you're looking for luxury , this isn't for you. If you're looking for a laid back getaway, this is for you.The owner is a sweetheart. We would rent this home again if we are in the area.Thanks Peggy, hope you enjoyed the fruit.Deb and Dave

Beautiful Location and Great Host!

We had a wonderful time at Peggy's mobile home. The views were gorgeous. The sea lions were entertaining to watch. The Seattle skyline is like a line of jewels on the horizon at night. It was beautiful. We stayed during the holidays, and Peggy put up lights and a little tree for us. I highly recommend Peggy's place! I hope we can go again someday.

Great Manchester Location

This was a great place with an amazing waterfront view of downtown Seattle. Close to everything in the Manchester & Port Orchard area. Comfortable accommodations & everything we needed - we will rent again.

Beautiful view and a comfortable stay.

The view from the window was sooo nice and I totally enjoyed my time watching the water. The trailer was totally equipped with everything anyone could possible want for a comfortable stay. I’m a senior traveling alone and I was comfortable and felt safe. Thank you Peggy for your hospitality. Sharon

Beautiful place to rejuvenate

I booked this stay for my father while he recovered from cancer treatment. We couldn’t have found a better location to rejuvenate. The host was gracious enough to loan us a juicer and a crockpot so we could focus of the best nutrients to help my father recover.

Beach access was incredible, home had all we needed for our monthlong stay, only complaint was street-racing and barking neighborhood dog on occasional nights. Even so, cost for beachfront property was very reasonable and would highly recommend.

Incredible Puget Sound Views and Nature

Quiet, peaceful location right on the beach. The sunrises were spectacular and you could see the Seattle skyline, ferries, and ships. And so many birds! Our host was very welcoming and the property is well equipped for eating in, relaxing, and lots of places to take walks. We are already planning to go back. Manchester is a gem.

Nice hide away

Great location. Large lot for outside use. Owner lives right next door if there are any issues. There were none. Small convenience store nearby. Major shopping is 5 to 6 miles away. Walking distance to best pizza ever! Manchester Pub.

Manchester Gem

This was our second time staying here. Margaret has thought of everything you could possibly need for the kitchen and bathroom. The bed is comfortable. The low bank grassy/sandy beach is one of a kind. You can sit for hours watching people, boats and wildlife. The location is convenient and the are several places to eat within walking distance.

All about the View

The view of Seattle is amazing and if you're lucky Mt. Rainier will show up too. The trailer is on a private water front lane. It is old and the furnishings are worn, but the location is special. The property has been in the owners family for several generations. We enjoyed watching the activity on water from the trailer's big front window. The small community of Manchester has a post office, library, small convience store, shore front park, a restaurant, and a bar all within walking distance. Port Orchard is a short drive to restaurants, shopping, laundromat and gas stations. The unique location and reasonable rental costs is a trade off for the uncomfortable and worn out furnishings.

Great location with awesome views!

Very clean although dated. Provided lots of space for a home away from home. The views are amazing and the location is very relaxing. Hostess was very nice and came by to say hello but did not intrude on my privacy. I would stay again if I return to the area.
