Perched high above Puget Sound with sweeping water views, this waterfront beach house is your perfect Pacific Northwest getaway -- and your ideal FIFA World Cup 2026 base camp, just 35 minutes from Seattle's Lumen Field by fast Ferry. Relax on the wrap-around deck, gather around the fire pit, or head down to the beach with our kayaks.

Bald eagles, osprey, and sea lions are nearly daily visitors — and on a lucky day, you may spot orca whales from the property.

The Home

Step inside to an open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic Puget Sound views — you can even spot the top of the Space Needle in the distance. Settle into the comfortable seating and take it all in.

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, a 65" 4K TV for movie nights, and 1 Gig WiFi for anyone needing to mix work with play.

Upstairs you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached sunroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a fold-out sofa bed in the sunroom. The second has a king bed, also with a fold-out sofa in the sunroom — plenty of room to spread out. Both floors have a full bathroom.

The Outdoors

Outside, the high-bank setting delivers unobstructed views across Puget Sound. Spend your mornings watching stunning sunrises, your afternoons reading in the garden, and your evenings grilling on the Weber BBQ by the fire pit — don't miss the sunsets.

A staircase of about 50 steps leads down to the beach (a great little workout!). In summer, we provide kayaks and beach chairs so you can enjoy the water up close. Watch the tide shift throughout the day — the views are always changing.
