Beautiful beach house in Port Orange, FL. Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay!! Plenty of room for everyone, close to attractions and restaurants in the Daytona area. Great communication with the hosts, answered questions quickly! Loved the pool and ocean-beach areas! Would definitely stay here again, thank you!!

Great for Friend and Family to gather

We were a large group and had enough room, beds, bathrooms, showers and wonderful amenities to enjoy our vacation together comfortably. With having access to the beach everyone was able to do their own thing and come back together for meals and just hanging out. The entire process was flawless from the booking to the check in and out! If you are looking for the perfect getaway for your group this is the place. There were so many beach items to choose from in the garage that you are bound to have loads of fun!!!

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation, plenty of spaces to be together but room for more quiet time too. The outside was beautiful and the pool was icing on the cake for the kids! Communication with owners was great and check in was so easy. I would highly recommend this house for an amazing beach stay!!

Great home and communication

Beautiful place, parts of it could use a little updating. Arrived to a clean house and easy check in. Place was perfect for multiple different family and friends. Pool was great and outside areas. Oven was broke when we arrived but we aren’t very picky so just used the other one, just wish we had known that before hand because the maintenance guy said it had been broke for awhile. Other than that everything was great communication is top tier and they would do all they can to make your trip perfect we will definitely book with Salty Dog and probably this house again!

A great location for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, the fantastic view of the ocean pulled us to the patio for a closer look. This home is right on the beach! We saw pelicans, seagulls, egrets and dolphins every day and heard the waves at night as we drifted off to sleep. The home had everything we needed for our week - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, floats and even a canoe! The kitchens were well stocked for meal prep, cooking and service. The large dining area was perfect for dining together. Needless to say, this LARGE home had more than enough space for both joint gatherings and privacy. There are so many decks, patios, and inside sitting areas! Our group consisted of six separate families and there were times we had to ‘hunt’ for each other. This home is also close to shopping, restaurants, a lot of activities and the historic lighthouse. We felt safe walking our dogs around the neighborhood and meeting the neighbors. Everyone was so friendly. The patio was a favorite amongst the group. We would lounge in the sun or shaded area, swim in the pool, go a few steps into the first floor kitchen of the main house for a snack then go right back outside! The patio was also a perfect place to sip a glass of wine and watch the sky at night. Shout out to the cleaning crew. They did a good job!! This is a wonderful vacation home. We made many great memories and are looking forward to coming back.

Nice

The property was clean and inviting. My friends and I were there for my retirement trip, and the money spent was well worth the stay. The proximity to the beach was amazing, and the sunrises from the master bedroom were breathtaking. The pool had a lot of sand in it but that’s to be expected. There was a heavy rain which caused one of the bottom closets to leak, but maintenance was called, and they responded quickly.

Family beach getaway

Great location, beautiful views- couple things to make it better * more King beds, better mattresses *couches on 2nd floor were very uncomfortable/3 futons would have been better and could be used for sleeping too *lots of pots/pans- limited bowls or storage containers with lids that fit tightly *chairs at the tables all had sides and uncomfortable for anyone with a larger figure Salty dog was super quick to fix an issue with the grill not working (less than 24 hours), pool guy was there 2x during the stay and water was crystal clear in the pool-very well kept. We had a few kids starting to climb up onto the wood stairs onto the patio - I went outside and they wandered away- NO TRESPASSING signs might be helpful or PRIVATE PROPERTY signs

Fantastic vacation home. Stayed 7 days with family and friends. Had an amazing time, the home was perfect for 6 couples and an infant. The Best Beach House

We had an amazing stay. This beach house is the perfect getaway. We truly couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Super grateful for the trip and stay we had! Location is great. Beach access is unmatched. The house itself worked out great for our group. Plenty of room, super clean, has all the amenities you need. Would 110% recommend.

Great place for a family to enjoy!

The property is in a quiet part of the Daytona Beach area. Home has many sleeping/bathroom options. Two gathering places and kitchens that are quite helpful. Very clean, great walking on the beach. Would recommend highly. The Salty Dog renting system was also very responsive.

Great house, view is amazing.

Had a large family gathering and all the rooms and amenities were great. Plenty of space for everyone. The apartments over the garage are okay, but not of the same level of comfort as the main house. Perfectly fine for our college kids. Pool is not heated, so nice to look at, but to cold to use in December.

Beautiful home, great location!

We booked this home for our annual family vacation, and are SO happy we did!!! Layout is perfect for a large family and property sits right on the beach! Very clean and communication with host is prompt and as easy as it gets. They make sure the entire process is smooth and make sure you have everything you need! We will definitely book again in the future!
