"Beverlys place is not quite as advertised. I wouldn't call it 3 masters as there are jo adjoining bathrooms. The room with the bunk beds might as well be a closet with no door on it. The A/C is window shakers in some of the rooms. Our visit was a very hot 4th of July weekend. The place was very warm, one of the bedrooms had no A/C at all, just a fan. The place is in need of some TLC, There is a window held on with duct tape and one of the bathroom doors didn't latch shut. The ad makes you feel...

"We absolutely LOVED our stay! The home was the perfect size for our large family of 8, plus a friend, and our two dogs. The convenience to the beach was honestly undersold — it was so close and made everything so easy.The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They also had thoughtful extras like a beach wagon, toys, beach chairs, plenty of towels for everyone, and a washer and dryer so we could keep everything clean during our stay.I truly can’t say enough good things about...

"House was clean and comfortable. Easy location to all attractions. We would stay here again. Owners clean the house and you can tell because it was meticulous. Bunk beds are off common area of kitchen without a door that closed for sound/privacy. Our toddlers were so exhausted from the beach they fell asleep despite tv noise but worth noting to future families. There is a privacy screen we used that helped with light coming in. "
