"The view and location were perfect, has enough space, bedrooms, and bathrooms, towels. Only the game table was not working. There were only small details about cleaning, but everything else was perfect."

"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"Condo is updated and very clean. Harry was a great host, we contacted him with a request and he responded immediately and was more than willing to accommodate our request without hesitation. I would definitely book again when returning to Daytona! The living room balcony gives you a view of the ocean and the city, very pretty view of city at night. "

"The condo was perfect. Nice little yard for the dog to run around a bit. Plenty of room for my wife and two teenagers. Would definitely recommend. "

"This was the perfect answer to our family's much needed 'stay-cation'. (We live locally). The home is very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is moderately busy (traffic) during the day but was very quiet at night. We all very much enjoyed the pool. The host (Rose) was very patient and responsive to my many questions. The King size bed is indeed a platform bed that I needed a step stool to get into. The entrance step to the house seems a little higher than normal as well. Someone that was not...

"It is a beautiful place. This is our second stay. It’s a beautiful home, a great neighborhood and a very relaxing stay. Lots to do and wonderful restaurants nearby. The whole family enjoyed it. David is a wonderful host. He is very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely recommend! "

"Great rental and close to the beach. The home is perfect for couples or small families. Easy walk to the beach and real quiet. We were unable to find any information about checkout procedures. We did what we could to clean up and whatnot. Highly recommend "

"Enjoyed our stay. Having your own pool with beach access is great. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We rented the golf cart and would definitely recommend it. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this home. They stocked the home with everything you need for a nice relaxing stay at the beach. The decor of the house was beautiful. We slept well thanks to the mattress in the master bedroom. Great location for a walk down to the beach in the morning or night.We will definitely vist again."

"Home is lovely. Great amenities and decor. I tend to avoid pet friendly homes as dog hair on furniture and a doggie odor is usually present. This home is immaculate. You would never know a pet had ever been there. Location is near shopping. Only downside was it is on a busy highway. However we never heard traffic inside or back by the pool/patio. "

"We had a great weekend at the house. Beds were soft and comfortable. The place has everything we needed to make it a great stay. Sound machines to help sleep were a big hit! The bedrooms were all huge as well. We loved the front porch ocean breeze and it a great place to hangout. Plenty of furniture to sit on to visit and plenty of chairs by the pool. All and all a great house to spend with friends. ( there were 4 couples) . "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host was very informative, we had such a clean room and hotel and general, and we were close to so many things to do. Although the building is under construction, I still believe we got the best experience we could. Be warned, parking as of writing this is first come, so we couldn’t park in the lot on 4th of July. Besides that, 9/10 experience!"
