    Modern home with heated saltwater pool in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Located conveniently to local shopping, restaurants, and beach access.

    1 King bed + 1 queen bed + 1 twin and 1 twin bunk beds

    1 private bathroom with shower off master bedroom + 1 main bathroom with tub/shower.

    Large open kitchen, pool, fenced yard, BBQ grill, patio dining, beach chairs/gear.

    High Speed Wifi + Smart TV w/Roku

    Desk in family room.

    Ceiling fans in bedrooms and family room.

    Sunroom with table and chairs. Games and books on the shelf in the hallway.

    Keyless entry.

    Enjoy the entire home and private backyard.

    Space to park 3 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking.

    There are two security cameras in the backyard, pointing to the patio and pool area and two in the front, also pointing away from the home. For insurance and safety reasons these cameras are always on. There are no cameras inside the home.

Rooms were nice size and private, house was clean, perfect size garage for us to store our bikes when we weren’t riding. Kitchen was perfect , we mainly made breakfast and ate out the other times .

Perfect family get away

We had a great time staying in the home it was very clean had everything we needed the host was easy to communicate with and she checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going well. We had a great family vacation in this home.

This property is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The home is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It’s well-stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and sheets, making our stay even more convenient. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free. Beautiful stay!

Perfect place to stay! So many playgrounds around for children. The pool was very nice. We had issues with the pool heater and they had help come quickly. Easy to communicate and enjoyed the stay!

Awesome pool, definitely the highlight of the property. Patio and back yard were wonderful gathering spaces. Lots of seating and room to move around. Comfortable beds.

Home away from home

This property is everything the listing says it is. Clean and comfortable. The pool was a hit and there was more than enough pool toys/beach items provided. We will definitely stay again when we are back to visit family.

We have been staying in Daytona for the race for the last 28 years and each year we are looking for a place that is affordable with nice amenities that is close to the track. We were pleasantly surprised with this home. Everything was very nice and the owners were accessible by phone if needed. We had a great stay and would most certainly consider this location again.

We had a great time. The property was in a great location, very clean, the kids loved the pool. It is a very nice relaxing property. We made trips to the beach multiple times as well as 2 days in universal. It 1.5hrs reach due to traffic.

Second Stay

This was our second time staying at the is property. Everything was as good as the first stay. We had an issue with the A/C and not only did the owners stay in communication but the property manager was there the whole time to assist with the issue until it was resolved. We can’t say enough about this property!

Relaxing in the Sun

We traveled to see the collegiate cheer competition in Daytona Beach. The drive was great to the venue and we were away from all the college cheer crowds. We relaxed by the pool in private and enjoyed the tranquility of the week.

Very comfortable, clean & safe

Had a great long weekend at this VRBO. Easy peasy all around. Loved the screened in patio. Family had a wonderful time in the clean, heated pool. We were also very happy with the very comfy sleeping. Made for very refreshing sleep. Thanks again for a great place for our family vacay!
