    The Space:

    Welcome to your waterfront retreat in Long Island Village, Port Isabel — where relaxation meets recreation.



    This charming single-level home sits right on the water and offers direct access to the dock, perfect for fishing, kayaking, or simply soaking in the coastal views with your morning coffee. Along with the peaceful setting, you’ll enjoy full access to resort-style amenities such as the community pool, hot tub, fitness center, and more — making it an ideal escape for couples, small families, or friends.



    Inside, the home features a inviting open layout with a queen bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living area that includes a queen sofa bed. The full kitchen is equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. You’ll also find a dining table for two, Roku Smart TVs, and central AC for a comfortable stay.



    Step outside to your private waterfront patio, complete with seating and a BBQ grill for alfresco dining. Enjoy peaceful views, spot wildlife, or simply relax after a day of adventure. The home includes parking for up to three vehicles and is located in a gated community for added peace of mind.

    Guest Access:

    Parking:

    • Parking is available in the driveway with space for up to 3 vehicles.

    • Street parking is not permitted within the community.



    Property Access:

    • Guests will enter through the gated Long Island Village Resort community.

    • Registration is required at the Welcome Center upon arrival . A $110 resort fee must be paid at check-in.

    • The home is equipped with a smart lock for easy, contactless check-in.



    Resort Access:

    • Guests enjoy access to Long Island Village Resort amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, golf course, tennis courts, fitness centre, playground, and more.

    • Clubhouse and resort facilities are generally open daily from 8AM – 10PM.

    • Port Isabel: Restaurants, shops, and the historic lighthouse are all within a few minutes’ drive.

    • Golf Carts & Bicycles: Popular options for getting around within Long Island Village and nearby areas. Rentals are available locally.

    • Airports: The nearest airports are Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (25 minutes) and Harlingen’s Valley International Airport (45 minutes).



    Other Things to Note:

    • For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

    • The private washer & dryer is not available for guest use. The community offers a coin-operated laundry

    • Mid-stay cleaning is available for $95 upon request.

    • Please be advised that the reservation must be made by someone who is at least 21 years of age.

    2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
