"We spent a lovely week in Frogapits, despite it raining every day! The cottage is fantastic, centrally located to local pubs and restaurants, and within easy travel to many local attractions. Beautiful garden and really enjoyed the wood log burner for cozy evenings in."

"The property was lovely, very clean and tidy. Only a couple of moans, there was no welcome pack to say what time the pub was open etc, no paperwork for the tv and we weren't told there is wifi, when bookings it said no wifi! Some of the plastic utensils were so bendy they couldn't really do their job properly ie potato masher and serving spoons!! Apart from that everything was great."

"Wonderful location with great views exactly as described. Great cottage, very comfortable with everything provided that was needed. Lovely owners who welcomed us personally, provided a cream tea on arrival and then lit the fire pit for us to sit outside one evening. We would love to return! "

"Birdsong was exactly as described and had everything you needed for your stay. The bedrooms were so quirky and different, loved them. Sadly the weather wasn't on our side so we didnt get to sit in the beautiful garden. The cream tea was an added treat, thank you Jane. Would absolutely love to visit again in the future."

"We had a wonderful stay in this amazing cottage. Lots of room for the whole family and the amenities were great. Charlestown can be notoriously busy, but since this cottage is behind the shipwreck center it was peaceful and quiet even on a busy weekend. Loved waking up to the view of the sea in the distance. We will absolutely consider staying again on a future trip! If I had to come up with any suggestions, I might suggest getting some bedside lamps so that kids who are afraid of the dark can...

"A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. Bodmin prison also worth a visit our friends...

"Just returned from a family holiday, an amazing cottage and location. A great base for discovering the wonders of Cornwall, an easy drive to St Ives, Penzance and Bude to name a few. "Stayed in wheel lodge for a short 4 night stay in the Summer school holidays. Accommodation just right as a base for x 2 people and our dog. Good facilities and everything you needed for a short stay. Comfy and clean - there were a fair few well established cobwebs in the bedroom and flies, but this is to be expected in a working farm. A fly swat would be useful though - especially for a quiet undisturbed sleep at night. All linen, bathroom and utensils absolutely spotless though. Owners were...

"Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."

"This property is set on a steep incline with steps up to the property and no parking near the property. You can park in a public pay and display car park which is a 10 minute walk away. The property is on a split level with the kitchen and bathroom downstairs and the bedrooms and lounge upstairs. The heating was not great with no heating in the second bedroom. It’s quite peaceful and the walks are nice but you need good mobility and a car to see the surrounding area."

"Fantastic property, very clean and beautiful decorated. It is well stocked with equipment. It has a secure back garden with decking and grass. Ideal for our dog. There is outdoor seating in the garden and it is private. The property is in good location not to near the Town centre but you can easily walk into the Town. I Highly recommend this property."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Unmatched views of the beach and coast. Brilliant body boarding beach within 5min walk. Tolcarne Beach resort a hidden gem - great restaurant, great cafe, great beach - within 5min walk. Fantastic pizza restaurant Secret Garden within 3min walk. Aldi and Asda within 5min walk. Wet suit drying room with board locker very useful."
