"The house is lived-in but clean. It was large enough for my big family, and we enjoyed our stay. Ernesto was great at communicating with us, and was gracious enough to allow us to extend our check-out time. Overall, everything was great! If I had to say anything about it, it was very hot upstairs because the portable air cooler didn't work very well. And more hooks for towels in the bathrooms would have been helpful. But really was the perfect size for our large family, and we would stay there...

"Came into town for a wedding and this house was close enough to where we needed to be. The communication with the property manager was great and they were very responsive. The house well suited our needs and I would recommend it again.The downsides were it's proximity to a major road made for a lot of traffic noise (even with the windows closed). The property was warm but the property manager brought over an additional fan. Many of the blinds were damaged by previous guests and need to be fixed."

We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. "

The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still walking distance to cute restaurants and a short drive to downtown Ojai. It was also a great spot for our dog, which made the trip even better. "The house was perfect for our family group. It was clean and modern in a friendly neighborhood. The en-suite bedrooms were such a nice amenity. We love sports so the playroom with three tvs and a professional shuffleboard table was awesome. We played every day. A large outdoor deck with plenty of seating was the cherry on top. Wish it were mine. The hosts were excellent also and stayed politely in touch to make sure we were happy. "
