"Our stay was for a retreat for 22 men. We ended up with 18. The house had a large living room that was ample space for the large group meetings. "I was in need of a rental home for 3 weeks. I could not have found a better home and host than right here. The communication was stellar throughout. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook...
