Casa Blanca at the Dolphins enjoys one of Port Elliot’s most sought-after positions, overlooking Horseshoe Bay and the beautiful coastal landscape beyond.



This ground-floor apartment opens onto a relaxed outdoor seating area where you can enjoy the bay views, watch the world go by and settle into the slower pace of seaside living.



With off-street parking in a designated carport, exploring Port Elliot is simple. Wander to Flying Fish Café, browse local shops and galleries, or follow the foreshore to discover the beaches, walking trails and charm that make this village so loved.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Blanca places you right beside one of Port Elliot’s most loved spots, Horseshoe Bay. Spend your days swimming in the bay, relaxing on the sand, or enjoying the calm waters with a paddleboard or kayak.



Explore the charm of Port Elliot on foot, follow the coastal paths towards Victor Harbor or Middleton, or discover local history along the Port Elliot Heritage Trail. For one of the best views in the area, head up to Freeman Lookout and take in the coastline from above.



When it’s time to eat, you’re spoiled for choice. Enjoy seafood and a view at Flying Fish Café, a relaxed meal at Hotel Elliot or the Royal Family Hotel, or brunch at Cockles Café. And of course, no Port Elliot stay is complete without a visit to the famous Port Elliot Bakery, especially if you can time it with their doughnut of the month.

Please note that this is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes confirming your booking details and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects the number of guests included in your booking. If your guest numbers change, please let us know as soon as possible, as additional charges may apply for additional guests.
