From the easy access to a he amenities. Cozy and clean inside and outside. Short walk to the beach and all the beach went over and above. You neee to take nothing to the beach. It is all there. I would stay again again. Thank you to Peter for his help along the way.

Family Fun

We loved our stay in suites 8 and 9 with the family. The kids enjoyed having one suite all to themselves. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the beach was not over crowded (especially for Labor Day weekend). Stump Pass did have a lot of boats at the point. The amenities at the house were great. We had a little trouble figuring out the temperature on the oven but overall we had everything we needed. Thank you and we look forward to another trip with more friends and family.

Stump Pass Weekend Get Away

We had such an amazing time this past weekend. We rented out both units and they were just so cozy. They had everything you needed to go to the beach! It was just a quick walk down the road to get there. It was nice to relax by the pool or hang out at the tiki bar at night. The property was very clean and had just about everything you needed inside to cook with!! Only cons were we wish they had some Tupperware to use to store leftover food after cooking. And for some reason the one unit got warm during the day even though the air was set to 74. All the blinds were down and we weren’t even there and when we came back it was 77. It wasn’t until night time that it started to cool off. But that wasn’t that big of a deal for us. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Great location with all the amenities

We had such a great time. There were 12 of us and we rented 3 of the units. We loved taking the bikes to the beach. Everything was so easy to get to. It was a wonderful place to relax. We hope to come again soon.

Excellent stay

We had a great time at the Pool House. The property is so clean and everything is supplied. The tiki bar was our spot each afternoon and evening. And the pool was very refreshing. We hope to be back!!!

unfortunate circumstances

Unfortunately, the neighborhood was destroyed due to hurricane Ian. The parks and beaches were closed and piles of debris at every home therefore, we could not partake in any of the amenities listed. Also red tide was present which made matters worse. The home was immaculate, we enjoyed hanging around the pool area. We were very impressed with the home and the check in process but wish the conditions were communicated better. This was our first girls' trip and would have love the opportunity to reschedule or a reduction in the price.

A wonderful family vacation!

The perfect place for two families to relax together. Loved the tiki bar, cornhole and pool. The bikes, kayaks and beach supplies were great. The outdoor showers were fantastic. Spent a lot of time at the Sandbar restaurant. Highly recommend!

Suites 8 and 9 great for small groups

Suites 8 and 9 would be great for two couples or small families who want to vacation together but not be too close. Shared pool, tiki bar, laundry facilities make for easy socializing. All the beach toys you could possibly need! Clean!!

Exceeded expectations

We were here during the red tide so our time on the beach was more limited than we imagined. But, we ended up loving our time in the pool (which remained cool despite the hot weather) and hanging out with family, playing games and riding bikes. This is a gem and we would stay again for sure!

One last Vacation before our boys leave for college

We had a great time! Everything you need for a beach vacation is provided for you! The beach is amazing! Shells and shark teeth galore! The water is absolutely beautiful. The food and the island were wonderful. The only complaint I have is the terrible water pressure in the showers and we couldn't enjoy the outside things around the house because the mosquitos were terrible even with citronella candles and bug spray. My suggestion would be to have an exterminator come and spray around the property specifically for mosquitoes. It helps tremendously. I give it 5 stars though because we had a blast 😊

Perfect family beach vacation!

We stayed on both sides (our family on one side and our friends and their family on the other side). So much was provided for us. It was very clean. Easy access to the beautiful beach and all the local amenities! We highly recommend this place!

Covid winter get away GIRLS TRIP

We had a great time!!!! 50+ Year old group of women who needed to get the hell away from the cold and the Covid lock down. The island is beautiful, the house fully equipped! We LOVED IT!
