Great

Peter did a great job getting this property ready after the hurricane. It was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it. The pool was fun and it was a short walk to the beach

Really nice!

Place is super clean and stocked with everything you need for the beach. My only complaint is the pull out couch is not comfortable at all. Also why not a box of Kleenex? Overall a great place to stay, relax and enjoy the beach and great sunsets!

Good location

This was our 2nd time staying here. It is clean and walking distance to Stump Pass Beach Park. I was not feeling well for 2 days while here and my husband tried to sleep on pull out sofa. It was so uncomfortable, he just put mattress of floor and slept there. That was really our only issue everything else was good. Has nice patio out back door.

Stump Pass 2024

We loved the whole experience. The room was neat and clean and we were suprised at all of the amenities. From the bikes and kayaks that were available at no extra charge and the nice free laundry facility. We cooked in every evening, so my wife was very pleased at how well equipped the kitchen was. If we get a chance next year, we will definitely be back.

Quiet Getaway

I’ve stayed at many of this properties homes before and I’m always beyond impressed with the quality and amenities they provide. Always makes it harder to leave with the private outdoor area, outdoor shower, and beach and kayaking essentials!! Can’t recommend this property enough and can’t wait to stay again!!

Summer sun fun

Location excellent for bike rides, fishing ICW, and beach lounging. Wagons, chairs, umbrellas a plus🔆 Kitchen well furnished. Sitting areas outside nice except for unit 3 has AC handler noise very loud. We had 2 adjoining so used unit 4 for sitting and eatting outside. Landscaping very pretty! More towel racks in bathroom needed is only suggestion.

Immaculate Unit

This property was immaculately clean and well organized. The unit matched the description and was well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots & pans and plenty of utensils, other than a soup ladle. The toy closet covered it all for beach enjoyment, including kayaks, paddle boards, beach wagons and more. We enjoyed our stay and the location for being on Manasota Key. One thing to consider. There was a fishing boat parked next to our designated spot. It was difficult backing our car out of our spot. The boat also limited visibility when trying to exit, especially to the left of the lot. Along with the trailer sticking out into the lot, it made maneuvering difficult. Other than that suggestion, we enjoyed our stay, being close to Stump Pass and the lovely beaches.

Like New but Not on the beach

This condo is exceptionally maintained inside and out! Everything was like new. The main reason we chose this condo was we thought it was on the beach and we liked that kayaks, Stand up Paddle Boards and lots of beach chairs, life jackets, umbrellas etc were provided. What we did not realize is you HAVE to launch from the state park that is about a 2 block walk down the street. We mistakenly thought we could launch from our condo. Beach access is not available from this condo. Beach access is only available at the state park 2 blks away or if you are bold enough to cut through another property around the corner that does have direct access to the beach. Condo is absolutely pristine, but location was not exactly what we wanted.

Sea shells on the sea shore!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is equipped with everything that was needed and we enjoyed our mornings on the patio. Everything was nice and clean and the towels smelled great (a detail that we always pay attention to). The walk to the beach was a little further than I had expected, but definitely not a deal breaker; and we collected a ton of beautiful shells during the week that we were there!

Great location and activities

Understand that it’s not on the water. It is 800 steps to Stump Pass Beach State Park beach and kayak launch. AND you are provided with everything needed for the beach ( towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys) and a wagon to take it in! Carts are provided for the kayaks. It’s wonderful! You don’t have to drive anywhere. The bikes are in excellent condition and it’s easy to ride to restaurants or one of the other close beaches. The property was spotless. Kitchen well equipped. Nicely decorated with a beach vibe. This is a downstairs unit with ceiling fans, we never needed the AC (temps 70-82). The only downside to this unit is the presence of a large AC unit for the upstairs suite in the outdoor eating space. It’s loud and we didn’t use this space because of it.

What you get

Property was just as described a little dated , but in my opinion the price was way too high for what you got. I thought it would at least have central heat/air not window units that don’t really work.
