We really enjoyed the property, location, quietness and amenities. The paddle boards/kayaks and bikes were so fun! We also loved having a cart and nice beach chairs/toys at our disposal and not have to bring them with us from home. Our teenagers and college students had lots of fun exploring the island on the bikes as well! We were unable to find the correct boardwalk for the beach during our stay. I’m not sure if it was destroyed with the hurricane but I spoke to someone from the local resort and used their boardwalk on their property to access the beach. And somehow I missed that the master bath only has a tub (with a lifting spout). This proved a little more challenging with a large group. Overall our time in Englewood was wonderful and the property and you’ve done a great job with landscaping and signage.

Expectations exceeded!

We had an exceptional stay at this property! The unit exceeded our expectations in every way. It was immaculate; I was amazed when I wiped up some sand with a paper towel, and nothing else came up! There was more than enough room for our family and friends—eight of us in total—and we greatly appreciated the abundance of amenities. Having chairs, bikes, coolers, and umbrellas provided saved us the hassle of purchasing or renting them. We also enjoyed grilling dinner several nights, which added to our wonderful experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This is our fave beach spot!

This was our third stay at Stump Pass Place, and we hope to return again next year! They have literally ALL the beach stuff you need: coolers, wagons, booty boards, goggles, buckets/shovels, life vests... Condo is within walking distance to restaurants and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach (both the Gulf side and the bay side. The kids loved riding the provided bikes around and has a blast on the provided kayaks and standup paddles boards.If you're considering Stump Pass Place, just book it!

Great for families

We love staying here. We have stayed four times now in different units. All of the amenities are so convenient and the property is always in very clean and good shape. Easy for families with kids. Beach is short walking distance. Hosts are always quick to respond. We absolutely love coming here.

Pure Paradise.

We enjoyed our trip very much. This was our first time to this area and will definitely be back! Loved that we could walk to the beach and Stump Beach Park is beautiful! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed! Thanks so much! We also enjoyed getting around on the Stumpy golf cart.

Loved Every Minute!

Great location- easy walk to beach. The provided beach gear was a great perk--chairs, umbrella, coolers, shell collectors, buggy all in good condition and easy to access. Kayaks and paddles were easy to transport with provided cart and we absolutley loved kayaking in Lemon Bay. Plenty of bikes and a free golf cart shuttle stop too. Inside was very clean, well appointed kitchen, big TVs in living room and bedroom, lots of towels in bathrooms and a comfy king bed. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again and we hope to!

Better than I expected!

This is a great place for adults only or family. Wonderful location, and beautiful. A lot of the extras were thought about that make your beach days fun and exciting. All the extra toys make it so much more fun.

Southern Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at the Stump Pass Place. There was a little hiccup when we arrived with the smoke detector, chirping, but the property managers were Johnny-on-the-spot with getting the situation taken care of, so we didn't have to listen to that through the night. There were many pros to this property; The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer were full size. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and cleaners. We were offered cornhole to play. The kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, beach toys, were great. We were also offered a trike for my son to ride when he couldn't ride the bigger bicycles (that was extremely sweet) and he loved it. The location was nice especially when the Stump Pass Park parking lot was too full to park in, we were able to walk, or ride the bikes, and always get in. There are way more pros, the property descriptions was very accurate, these were the items that we appreciated the most. A few cons, but not deal breakers for future stays; The master bathroom didn't have a shower, but did have a large jet bathtub with a flexible shower head hose. There were also no fans in the bathrooms, so hot showers would warm them up quickly. There were no views of the water in the canal or the gulf. We had a great time, and it was a great place to stay, we'd stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean. Proximity to the Gulf and Park, restaurants, boat ramp. We had a great time. We rode bikes, paddle boards, kayaks. The Free shuttle was also GREAT!!

We love this property! The outdoor showers are convenient, kayaks and SUP’s are easy to access, and beach gear is plentiful. We had a great time and hope to stay again in the future!
