Our vacation

We had a great time, beautiful beachhouse, only small things ceiling fan and tv didn't work in one bedroom, no working remote in MB, not enough trash bags. Small things. Good vacation.

Spring Break Stay

The house was nice. Clean and comfortable. Cleaning crew showed up a half an hour early and sat in the driveway while we tried to get packed up and checked out. Made us feel a bit rushed. Overall a nice place to stay. The whole family had fun.

Great for a family stay!

The house was as described. Lots of blankets/comforters when it got chilly. A good amount of pots and pans for us to get some sides ready for Thanksgiving. Loved that it’s walking distance from the beach and it’s on a quiet street. It was also nice to have a TV in each room and the family room so we could watch what we wanted.

Sisters birthday vacation

Just don’t waste your time with any Vacasa properties through Vrbo. Every amenity was either missing, not working, or just broken. The property management team had no eagerness to fix any of the issues. The fans and lights didn’t work. Extremely unhappy with our stay.

Nice House but not allowed on lift

The House was great, but check in was terrible. We were given wrong codes and took over and hour to get it corrected. We were not offered any compensation at all for the stress/inconvenience. The elevator/lift is not for guest use was very frustrating since we had my 86 year old mom with us. It would have been very nice to at least let people load their suitcases on the lift. The king bed is so high off ground, I don’t see how anyone could use it. There are no closets in any of the bedrooms. Lack of water pressure in the shower also. The decoration is super nice. It was nice sitting on the porch. There are a ton of stairs. Also, if you rent through Vacasa only, you will not be charged the $77 fee from VRBO (extremely high)

Minor damage that needs to be repaired. Could be cleaner. Dirt piled up on patio down stairs. Mold around vents. Strong musky smell inside.

We are going back !

Layout of this property is very nice. Pictures are accurate. It is less than 5min to beach. Door to back patio was not locking and then fell off. But Vacasa property management team got it fixed right away. Only feedback is property was not very clean on arrival. Bed was made but did not had fresh sheets. They had smell on them so I had to wash them and then it was all ok. Floor was dusty. Open gello can on back patio. However property has washer and dryer so it was convenient. We did had good time and made beautiful memories and given a chance we would love to come back :)!

House was nice and as advertised

Overall very good. Only issue was upon check in. The instructions for entry referenced a lock box downstairs but the combination was actually for the door so a little confusing.

overall nice house

not clean on arrival had to wait. Advertised lift but denied permission to use. cable out and tvs run off cable. oven had error come on my husband had to fix.

Crystal Beach trip

We all enjoyed our stay there. It would be very helpful if the lift worked for suitcases. Also the stool in the bedroom with the king size bed needs repaired. The flapper lets water run and it’s very annoying when trying to sleep.

Crystal Beach Tx get away .

The family and I really enjoyed our stay in Crystal Beach Tx . The rental property is in a great spot to get to the beach . The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is always clean and well maintained. Renting through Vrbo was simple and the property was well maintained as represented in the pics .

Nice and Enjoyable

Me and my friends took a mommy kids vacation and really enjoyed ourselves the room was big enough for each of us and our kids clean with enough towels for everyone only thing was we wished we was able to use the lift on the property to send up and down our suitcases and bags since it was just us women and small kids and when called to get help on how to use it they said that they was going have the owner to call back and help and no never called at all.

Great place

We loved our stay! Its was just a short walk to the beach which was incredibly convenient. We lived the wrap around porch and the view. The house was perfect for our group of 7. The only thing I noticed was there was still what looked to be flour and water on the kitchen cabinets from the last people. It definitely didnt get in our way though. We would 100% stay again.

Good Location

We enjoyed the location very much. The decks are very spacious. This property could use some TLC. Kitchen faucet loose, white cabinets are dirty and in need of a good scrub, stains on ceiling noted. Poorly cleaned, dirt and food under couches, filthy behind furniture.

GREAT STAY

In such a chaotic time, needed a break. This was amazing and relaxing. The house was clean; a short walk to the beach; quiet surroundings. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to this area!!! Awesome and thank you!

Great House, not well kept

This was our 2nd summer in a row to stay in this property. It was disappointing to see the difference in a year-this house had not been maintained well, and it didn't appear as if it had been cleaned well. The linens, bathrooms, and kitchen was fine, however there was sand all over everything....its as if it hadn't been swept or the counters wiped down. There was also a few maintenance things that could have been better. Location was great, and I know the property has wonderful potential, but probably won't be going back.

Not the best vacation.

Arrived and the floors were so nasty. Sand everywhere. I immediately had to vacuum the entire house. WiFi didn’t work till we were loading to leave. Dish joeys in bedrooms didn’t work till the day before we left. Nasty bowl of water under the kitchen sink from a leak. Dryer didn’t work. House would have been great if they could have just fixed these simple things. And the property management wasn’t good. Made me call dish to talk to them to figure out why joeys didn’t work. Also we had to be at the house everyday at sometime for some worker to come work on something. Not a way I wanted to spend vacation. Almost two weeks later and still haven’t heard from guest service about my refund.
