We had a wonderfully stay. The host was wonderful. They were very sweet and quick to respond to and questions we had. They also responded in the middle of the night when a smoke detector ran out of batteries to give us a quick and easy solution which we appreciated so much! Great views from the living room and upstairs bedrooms! We loved curling up on the couch as the thunderstorms rolled by.

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

The location of the house is amazing...private, gorgeous beach with incredible views! The host was wonderful to work with and communication was prompt and helpful. The house had everything you would need and more. Our group of 10 had plenty of room, and we were able to enjoy a variety of activities while we were there. Would definitely return!

Perfect for our staycation

We live in town and enjoyed a family beach staycation here. The house had everything we needed and then some. Easy check in and communication. Private beach with public beach access far enough away to feel completely at peace and able to leave our belongings on the beach all day. Beautiful views from anywhere in the house. The house has some uneven floors due to shifting and the upstairs master bed is quite slanted but we understand that comes with beachfront living and weathering the storms. House was very clean and comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Thanks for an incredible experience!

We have stayed at many VRBOs, we appreciate this well stocked home. They had games, kids pools, sand toys, grills, lots of towels, beach chairs, so much more. They even brought us a broom, so we could sweep the sand out of the house. Thank you! Location is amazing! We had many beach days and then world go into town at night. Love that he host had so many ideas for us.

The Perfect Stay

This property exceeded our expectations in every way but the last one was the best:Beachfront Paradise: The beach is your backyard. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying breathtaking ocean views from the deck were highlights of our stay.Perfect Location: Close enough to explore St. Augustine, yet secluded enough to feel like you're on a private island. The peace and quiet were incredible.Spacious and Comfortable: The home comfortably accommodates a family (and was perfect for our romantic getaway of just two). We loved the spacious living areas and the comfortable furnishings. Lots of space outside too with a fenced in yard for privacy and safety.Excellent Amenities: The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like labeled drawers.Exceptional Host Communication: The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. Unforgettable Experience: The beauty of the home and the incredible support of the host made this the perfect setting for my proposal. I could not have had the elaborate set up or been able to make it a surprise without their support. (oh, and she said yes!)This home has everything you need to create a special stay and I absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Awesome Stay

This is a beautiful house right on the water. The view was terrific. The house is well furnished with everything you could need. The living room has a super comfortable couch and plenty of seating. They had plenty of towels for the house and the beach. Shower heads had excellent water pressure! This house was bright and vibrant and even better in person.

Beautiful location, Beachfront, amazing views. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Clean. The house needs minor improvement on the bathrooms and beds otherwise would give it a 5 star rating. I would definitely book it again.

Amazing Views and Location

My family and I stayed at this amazing place for a week. It was perfect for 3 kids and 2 adults and 2 small dogs. It was a secluded location for almost having a beach to ourselves. It is close enough to restaurants and night life. Great sunrises in the mornings and beautiful sunsets in the evenings. I would recommend this location to everyone and will try to return in the future.

It was ok. Not happy with upstairs bathroom- low water pressure for old shower. Bathroom really needs upgrading. Kitchen not very well supplied, pots and pans were all scratched. No can opener could be found. On our last day checking out we found it way over in a basket we never knew it was there where the guest book was. Seating outside on deck needs higher seating due to interference of rail for ocean view. Inside stairs were very dangerous going up and down due to no rail. Dining room chairs were n very uncomfortable due to hurting back of legs. Needs some kind of cushions. Would not stay here again or recommend it. Thank you.

Peaceful Getaway

We had a great time at this property, the beach was fantastic and barely had people on it, mostly locals walking their dogs. The house was comfortable and had enough items in the kitchen to cook modest meals. Our kids had a great time here. Only comments I would make about the property is to be mindful when exiting the driveway as the traffic goes pretty fast on the road and it can be a little dangerous if you are not careful. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Looking for the most gorgeous sunrise, sunset, privacy? This place is perfect. A small unassuming cottage like property with all of the necessary amenities. The private beach is unbelievable. Host was responsive to each and every request for help.

Cozy, Private Beach House… Just Needs a Few Touches

Cozy, but the family room, dining room, and kitchen give an open-concept feel. 3/4 panoramic views, though I mentioned to the host that he may want to put up blinds, as there are neighbors on both sides who can likely see into family room and dining room. Very quiet area. We hardly ever saw anyone else on the beach any closer than 75 yards (and we had some gorgeous, warm days there in late March). The home is relatively well taken care of, but as I mentioned to the host, it needs some small touches to make it better (e.g. an updated grill, bedside lamps in all the rooms, beach towels, versus the bath towels we used). Great location, as grocieries and restaurants in Vilano are 8 miles away, there’s a gas station (which also has basic sundries) a half mile away, and no public beach access nearby, which my partner and I have learned makes a HUGE difference on a beach rental experience. Overall, I’d recommend this home for sure. Hopefully if we book again, some of the minor issues I shared with the host will be fixed or addressed.

Amazing View

We wanted a place for the 4 of us to be on the beach near St Augustine. This very clean home was exactly that. Not exactly luxury, but quaint, warm, and welcoming with an amazing view.
