"Overall, had an excellent experience! We tend to prefer locations away from the crowds so this place was excellent - 15 to 20 minutes into Salida with a beautiful drive. Beautiful views from the back of the property of the Arkansas river and surrounding mountains! Very relaxing! Listing (pictures) was mostly accurate. Swing was not around any longer and access to river was doable but not as easy as it looked in pictures. We tend to cook in for breakfast and lunch/dinner and the unit could...

"My wife and I stayed here for Fourth of July weekend. The location literally could not be better as it is in the heart of salida right by the river. You can walk to everything and have a great time. The space is clean and comfortable. Most of all, Connor the host was extremely accommodating to some difficult asks by my wife and I. 5 star place. 10 star location. 15 star host. "

"We had a great time at this VRBO- it was super close to Salida and about an hour outside of Cañon City which meant we had plenty to do! The decor was beautiful and very well maintained. I’d say the only drawback was that we had some difficulty sleeping with the unfamiliar sounds of the road nearby and the heater kicking on/off. The flood lights near the entrance were required to stay on at all times and the coverings on the door were sheer so light was still let into the space. Other than that...
