"Super cute, modern condo in the perfect downtown Salida downtown. The condo was great for my daughter and I. It is right next to the Boat House restaurant and walkable to everything which is what we were after. We only stayed one night but it seemed to be well equipped. There was a little noise from people outside in the evening which may be an issue for some so this might not be the right location for everyone. I appreciated the updated styling of the room and it was nice and bright. "

"Beautiful home right on the river, so peaceful, met all our needs during our 3-night stay in BV. Loved the wrap around deck, grill and hot tub. Natalie was probably the most responsive of ANY rental owners I've experienced. We had a temporary water issue and she responded quickly, going above and beyond to facilitate. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our family loved staying here and felt the location with access to the cruiser bikes was perfect to get in and around town. We also walked easily into town and along the river walks with the pup. The backyard was cozy and cute and the layout of the house for a family of 4 was perfect. "
