Nice peaceful stay in centre of Pollensa

Property was larger than expected on 3 floors. Great roof terrace with views over the mountains, great sun trap in the daytime. Rooms were large and having en suites in both bedrooms was very useful with two teenage daughters! Property is very clode to the centre of town but nicely tucked away so not noisy at night, would recommend.

Great house - very central

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It was really peaceful inside considering how close it was to the centre of town. Bed was comfy with good aircon. Great facilities. Lovely roof terrace. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in Pollença

We had a wonderful time staying here for a week with two young girls. Everywhere was spotless, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need, and it felt very safe. One small issue was the radiator in one of the bathrooms was hanging off and we would have liked a safe in the house for our own peace of mind. But other than that excellent! Great communication, location and decor.

Everything was just perfect

Very cosy place with lovely atmosphere. It is situated right in the middle of the old town in a VERY narrow street. Don’t go there by car! We parked 400m away with no problems. Rooms were perfect and bathrooms too. We loved the terrace on the roof even it was often to hot. We would love to come back 🖤

Yes I would stay at this property again - in an instant. This is a lovely, well appointed (air con) comfortable townhouse in a quiet street (your neighbours are mainly local families) only 3 minutes from the main square and good restaurants. (There is a well stocked mini market only a minute away at the foot of the Calvari steps). The accommodation is over three floors - access via an internal spiral stairway which some could find challenging (lack of handrail and rightish corners). On the top floor is the master bedroom with very comfortable bed and spacious on-suite, a small laundry room - with its very modern washing machine and tumble dryer and the sun terrace with very comfortable beds and movable sun shade and table. During our stay the morning sky was full of swifts performing high speed spectacular aerobatics- wonderful. The middle floor accommodates the second bedroom and good sized on-suite and a lounge with “smart” TV and internet. The ground floor accommodation comprises a dining room, small toilet, fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and motorised orange squeezer!!) and breakfast bar. We had breakfast (with freshly squeezed Majorcan orange juice) and lunch on the roof terrace and kept fit climbing the 31 stairs. There is no safe - hopefully this might be rectified.

Beautifully presented house with everything we needed - and the location was just about perfect

We had a wonderful week in the house, exploring northern Majorca by day and then spending our evenings sitting outside a cafe in the town, or eating on the house’s roof terrace as the swallows dived and darted. A magical week - we hope to return soon.

Beautiful house in the centre of town

This is a stunning house decorated to a very high standard in the heart of Pollensa town. I think we were one of the very first people to stay here since the owners refurbished the property and inevitably there were a couple of minor teething problems but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Ben and Charlie. Despite it being (literally) minutes walk from the main squares of the town it was remarkably quiet and the roof terrace provides great views for your evening G&T! Would definitely stay again.
