"This is a lovely property, well stocked and the couple of problems we identified (the safe wasn’t working and some dishes were chipped) were quickly and efficiently dealt with (thank you Martina and Catalina). It’s in an excellent location within Pollensa, quiet but close to the main square and there are many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The parking for two cars is an added benefit. "We just absolutely loved Casa Conxa,the house is deceptively large and the pool although small is perfect for a cool off. We especially enjoyed cooking on the bbq in the outdoor kitchen and the whole outdoor space was absolutely lovely. The location is just perfect with a short stroll into the main square and beautiful surrounding streets.We hired a car which was really good for bombing about dropping teens at the beach! Cala Sant Vicenc was very near with sweet local beaches, Port De Pollensa...

"Für uns war es das erste Mal Mallorca und es war einfach nur Wow. Der kleine Ort war perfekt, Strandnähe, ein Pool zum erfrischen und ruhig. Alles was man braucht hat man vor Ort."

La casa está muy bien situada, a escasos 100 metros de la playa Cala Comins, en el poblado de Cala San Vicente. "We have had a wonderful stay in this nice little town house, not far away from the centre of Pollenca. Everything was fine. The kitchen was a little basic though.Would stay there again for a next visit."
