Very happy

This was our third visit to Villa Aphrodite which we like for the open views and breeze during hot weather. The location suits us as it is rural but only a short drive to the coast.

Nice villa and pool in a very private location

This was our second time staying in this villa as we liked it so much the first time. Its within walking distance of Latchi but a car is preferable especially if you want to tour or use the big supermarket and restaurants in Polis.Since our last stay internet has been upgraded to 300mps

Nice quiet. rural location, plenty of outside space.Cleaning every few days , beds comfortable.Pool cleaned every morning.3 bathrooms 2 on ensuite . Fully fitted out kitchen.Plenty of cups , utensils etc.

Relaxing holiday

This is our second time staying at Villa Aphrodite Finiki. The villa is very clean and the pool gets tended to every day. The villa itself is basic but does have everything you need. The pool was a beautiful suntrap over looking the countryside. Latchi which is 3 minutes away in a car there is a selection of bars and restaurants offering greek/ cypriot dishes along with fresh fish. We would highly recommend this villa, or any of the others in the complex, if you are looking for a tranquil and relaxing holiday.

Great Place

Wonderful place on Earth. Country site with seaview absolute quiet and relaxing privacy. A bit of tropical Island. Pools area is best side of Cyprus.Villa is a few years old but very clean. Cleaning twice a week linen once a week and pool and outside daily. Thank you.If your looking for relaxing holiday on Cyprus best place.10 min by foot to latci Harbour and beach. Everywhere you can buy fresh food any many close by supermarkets 7 days.

Nice place to stay and good starting point for daily trips

Big and nice house with beautiful view, large veranda with big pool. Sleeping rooms on the 1st floor with big windows and great seaview. Stove is too small for a family, only two hotplates and directly under a cupboard with no exhaust hood, so during cooking everything gets wet. Washing machine was not working. A big hotel neraby is in construction and impairs the seaview. I guess they use herbicids in their garden. But the impression is positive and we would repeat our stay.

Fab place would go back

A beautiful villa well equipped with everything you need. Good WiFi was able to work from there too. Pool area great. Cleaners super efficient and when there is as a small problem they were out immediately and it was resolved.

Fantastic hideaway

The house is very private and spacious. We had a great time just spending time relaxing. Watching the goats come and go each day and soaking up the sun and the pool. The town is a short walk away with restaurants and beaches. However, we would have been wise to hire a car. The supermarket(s) were pretty sparse of meat and veg and Google misinformed us of the price of taxis. From the airport to Paphos was 50euros (39 in a Bolt) but it was 80 euros to get from Paphos to Latchi which meant we spent much more on transport than we had intended

Kleine landestypische Villa mit Meerblick!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Polis. Die Villa hatte alles was man braucht und war sauber. Es ist einfach herrlich nach einer langen Wanderung in den Pool zu springen!

Lovely villa near Latchi Harbour

We loved Villa Aphrodite Finiki. A well equipped villa with its own private pool, garden and patio. We loved the quiet location inland just a 15 minute walk from the restaurants and shops at Latchi. From our bedroom we had a lovely view over the surrounding countryside to the sea

The house and pool were very nice

The house and pool were very nice . It has lovely views and close to amenities . More on the drive to side rather than a walk . But not far . The house was well equipped and great for cooking bbq at home. Nice quiet setting by the pool , not overlooked. We enjoyed a comfortable stay. We would of liked an out door table that was slightly larger for alfresco dining. The table was otherwise fine but a little on the small size depending on you personal needs. Cant really fault the property otherwise.

Comfortable with Fabulous Views

The villa is about 1 km from Latchi and is quite easy to find if the directions are followed (look out for Yiannis Sandwich Bar Kiosk). The property is well equipped, very clean, with a great pool area, regularly cleaned, which gets the sun all day and has fabulous views over the bay. Both bedrooms face the pool and share the great views. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants especially in Polis, which is less than 5km drive with easy parking. The nearest big supermarket is also in Polis (look for Papantoniou on Google maps) where you’ll find just about everything. Highly recommended if you just want to relax in a peaceful setting.

Idyllisch gelegen und top organisiert

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dieser sehr idyllisch zwischen Oliven-, Granatapfel- und Orangen Bäumen gelegenen Villa verbracht. Der Ausblick war traumhaft, der etwas abseits zur Terrasse gelegene, sehr saubere Pool war perfekt, damit unsere kleine Tochter nicht direkt von der Haustür in den Pool springen konnte. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war auch absolut ausreichend und es erfolgten sehr regelmäßige Reinigungen. Wer also abseits vom Trubel etwas sucht, um richtig entspannen zu können, ist hier genau richtig!

The house is in a very nice location and you can relax in the pool. Nice view. You can find everything you need in the house. If the neighbors in the other pool are noisy, you can hear it a lot. The facility is good but old (old furniture, old towels). But the house is so pleasant that it is easy to forget.

Beautiful villa close to everything you need but far enough away for absolute peace and tranquility!

We loved our stay in every way! The villa was exactly as described and the pool area was fantastic. I could look at those views forever!

We had a lovely break at the villa

We had a lovely break at the villa, and really glad that we have chosen this part of Cyprus, it is quieter and less touristy. Villa has good facilities for the price, we were especially impressed with en suites in both bedrooms, dish washer and a washing machine and a pool, also the cleaning standards are high and somebody was there every three days to clean (the pool was checked daily). The response to our questions was also quick, To improve we would recommend to change the directions to the place (not easy to find even with the (Hidden by Airbnb) maps, especially in the dark, we would recommend future guests to set directions to the Latchi family resort and give further few instructions up the road from there). It would also be great to get offered a welcome pack, especially if arriving late (I am sure many would be happy to pay extra for it) as the host doesn't provide anything at all, and travelling with airbnb for many years we were surprised that there were no rubbish bags, salt and pepper, basic cooking oil, dishwasher or washing machine powder, toilet rolls (apart from the ones in the toilet that were running out), etc. We were also very surprised that the rubbish doesn't get recycled and we were provided just one kitchen bin for everything. Apart from it we have had a lovely stay and can highly recommend that unspoiled part of Cyprus for holiday.

Fantastic villa.

Fantastic villa. Nice big clean bed rooms, amazing private pool, the setting was gorgeous, the local town of latsi was perfect. The villa is run by a management company which was fine & communication was great. We didnt want to leave!!

Lovely villa in peaceful location

This is a beautiful villa in a lovely, peaceful countryside location, surrounded by orange trees, and less than a mile to the beach. Comfortable beds and good showers with lots of hot water. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a blessing as it was very hot when we were there. The pool was fabulous and was kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Perfect place for quiet relaxation and we would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful setting

The villa had pretty much everything we needed. The setting was perfect, not overlooked and so quiet. We loved the pool area which was a sun trap all day long, we even made friends with the local cats. The bars, restaurants and shops of Latchi were not too far away but a car was useful. We would highly recommend this villa if you want a relaxing stay.

Great Villa, Great Location

Lovely villa with great views within walking distance to Latchi. Very clean, the villa and pool area are well maintained throughout your stay. Latchi offers lots of great restaurants and bars as well as boat trips/hire, 4x4 excursions etc. Lots of things to do within driving distance too. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.
