Everything about this property from the first minute you walk in shouts quality. Firstly, the alarm system makes you feel well protected. As you walk in you realise the Size of the place it is huge.
Then a quick open of the shutters and you realise the grounds are also and impressive part of your stay. Well-kept gardens with lemon trees, rose bushes always perfectly kept by the Lovely Gardener.
The Dining area outside and the barbeque were great for us too. Also, the pool is Immaculate and cleaned twice a week.
Inside the house is usually cool if you keep the shutters closed when you are out during the day. We used the aircon only three times in the babies’ room when she was trying to sleep.
The bedrooms are a substantial size, two of which open onto a veranda which our baby loved to sit out on.
The kitchen is well equipped with only the best quality electrical appliances. In fact, everything that was put in here by the hosts is quality. From the Toaster all the way to the aircon units.

The living space we did not use a lot however would be great to chill out and watch a little TV in the evening if that is what you are into.
The Local area is fabulous, everything you need you have in Peyia.
I highly recommend Haris for breakfast The staff are friendly, and they do bacon like you find in the UK, The Brewery Bar and Wood and Good are also Within walking range for a pint if you do not want to drive. All places are friendly and cheap enough to eat.
Phillipos is a massive supermarket within 5 mins if you have a car, or they will deliver to you if you spend over thirty euros. Coral bay is a 10 min drive or a 50-minute walk and has lots of bars and eateries to choose from. You can get a taxi back home for around six euros. I found the best way to get a taxi from anywhere was to tell them peyia stadium then just direct them from the main road.
To Sum up, the owners are lovely, they have excellent communication, and no question is too much for them. The Villa is big and finished to an extremely high standard also the grounds are well kept and clean. The area is noticeably quiet, and you are not overlooked. ID say a hire car is not necessary but makes things much easier with children.
If you are reading this and wondering whether to book. I would say just do it.
