Villa Stay

Lovely stay in a spacious villa. Well equipped and very comfortable. Has a lovely pool and outside area, the only drawback being the traffic noise from the E709 road which is directly behind the garden wall. If you live in a busy area this might not bother you but we found the noise a little distracting.

Great working holiday

We spent 2 weeks in October - working remotely and then holiday. Villa was really well set up with good wifi and plenty of space which we needed as we needed to setup two ‘offices’ to allow us to work during the day. Communications with owner were really good,and overall a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely Villa

Just returned from a lovely 2 week stay in Villa Mariposa, the villa is very spacious & very well equipped . Fabulous pool area, the pool was very welcome as the weather was hotter than normal this time of year. Also we really appreciated the welcome pack as we didn’t arrive until the early hours . It was great to have so many tv channels. would definitely recommend the Villa

Nice Villa and friendly neighbours (brits) Villa is nice and lovely pool and grounds Cleaners not included but good facilities,no hot tub as listed but pool great, please clean under beds between guests and a fruit bowl , milk and water for arrival of guests would give it that 5* An extra bath towel would be good per guests staying. Apart from that a great villa with lovely helpful owners

Excellent villa

Having rented many villas in Cyprus over the last 12 years , this really is one of the best we have stayed in . From the initial contact with Grahame and Helen ,any questions or queries were answered very swiftly . Firstly , the detailed directions to the villa ,and a very comprehensive guide to the property all emailed over in plenty of time before arrival . The villa itself is spacious and was very clean upon arrival , kitchen has literally everything you need should you wish to cook a meal , which we did a few times , the bathrooms and wc all refurbished and power showers to really make them feel quite luxurious . Bedrooms have plenty of storage and efficient air conditioning, 2 of which open to a large terrace with great ocean views . Lounge / diner is very spacious , tv has literally every channel you could ever want to watch ( handy for the sports fan in our family ) The large pool terrace has adjustable sun shades which are perfect to keep the afternoon sun off the seating areas , gardens are very well looked after and the large pool was crystal clear during our whole stay . A supermarket just around the corner and a short drive to the centre of coral bay or peyia town make this a great location. The monitored house alarm also gives peace of mind . A very relaxing home from home , thank you Grahame and Helen . We Look forward to staying again. Andy & Fay

A breath of fresh air

This property was just what our family needed: a breath of fresh air! A laid back setting with views of the sea, literal fresh air coming in through the ample windows. We felt no need to turn on the AC during our 5 day stay. Simple decor, clutter free space with just what we needed. We used the grill and kitchen everyday for dinners at the house. The kids enjoyed the outside space and pool. We appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher to make clean up a little easier. A few things that would make the stay a little nicer would be hand soap in each of the bathrooms, and shampoo in the showers. Also a wash cloth or two would have been nice. These little touches would have made it a full 5 star property! Would definitely be back and recommend to friends! Thanks for a wonderful stay

we had everything we needed, the pool was clean and serviced two times a week. the house was very well-equipped and clean. the owner was very accommodating and very helpful. we stayed 8 nights in October 2023. we will probably book again !!

Lovely villa

Its a beautifully large and open villa with nice clean rooms and effective air conditioning. It has a wonderful sized pool which is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. Lots of outside furniture, a good sized BBQ area and the kitchen is well equiped. A good security system is in place to give you peace of mind when leaving the villa. The property is located in a good area with only a very short drive to coral bay and the local supermarket. Lots of restaurants and bars very close by. Overall we liked the villa but the one down point was that we did find the road behind the rear garden very noisy. There have been and still are lots of road works and road changes in the area which has clearly had an impact, so hopefully this will change.

Excellent modern villa

Really enjoyed our stay. Hosts Grahame and Helen were very responsive to any questions we had. Villa had everything we needed. Was very clean and modern inside. Near to road which was quite busy at times, but overall good location for getting to many different tourist spots.

FANTASTIC VILLA

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mariposa. Everything was as the listing stated and all the amenities are top quality. Everything we could have wanted for a comfortable stay was available. The pool was superb and was very clean and the perfect temperature. We have been coming to Peyia for about 15 years and this villa was the best we have stayed in. Communication with Grahame was excellent and the booking and check in process flawless. Just book it!

A Home Away from Home

Everything about this property from the first minute you walk in shouts quality. Firstly, the alarm system makes you feel well protected. As you walk in you realise the Size of the place it is huge. Then a quick open of the shutters and you realise the grounds are also and impressive part of your stay. Well-kept gardens with lemon trees, rose bushes always perfectly kept by the Lovely Gardener. The Dining area outside and the barbeque were great for us too. Also, the pool is Immaculate and cleaned twice a week. Inside the house is usually cool if you keep the shutters closed when you are out during the day. We used the aircon only three times in the babies’ room when she was trying to sleep. The bedrooms are a substantial size, two of which open onto a veranda which our baby loved to sit out on. The kitchen is well equipped with only the best quality electrical appliances. In fact, everything that was put in here by the hosts is quality. From the Toaster all the way to the aircon units. The Kitchen had everything you need The living space we did not use a lot however would be great to chill out and watch a little TV in the evening if that is what you are into. The Local area is fabulous, everything you need you have in Peyia. I highly recommend Haris for breakfast The staff are friendly, and they do bacon like you find in the UK, The Brewery Bar and Wood and Good are also Within walking range for a pint if you do not want to drive. All places are friendly and cheap enough to eat. Phillipos is a massive supermarket within 5 mins if you have a car, or they will deliver to you if you spend over thirty euros. Coral bay is a 10 min drive or a 50-minute walk and has lots of bars and eateries to choose from. You can get a taxi back home for around six euros. I found the best way to get a taxi from anywhere was to tell them peyia stadium then just direct them from the main road. To Sum up, the owners are lovely, they have excellent communication, and no question is too much for them. The Villa is big and finished to an extremely high standard also the grounds are well kept and clean. The area is noticeably quiet, and you are not overlooked. ID say a hire car is not necessary but makes things much easier with children. If you are reading this and wondering whether to book. I would say just do it. Fabulous villa with all mod cons!

We were all absolutely delighted with Villa Mariposa! On arrival we were collected by Akis who we also rented a car from and as Grahame had promised, he was absolutely wonderfully helpful and lovely. The villa was beautifully decorated throughout and very clean. The space was just excellent as we had a family of 5 and didn’t want to feel squashed. The bedrooms were lovely and so were the views from the balcony. We used the kitchen for breakfast and sometimes lunch and it had everything we wanted and more. The pool was very clean and welcoming, although a little chilly in early April. We still swam in it every day and it was hard to get our 8yr old boy out of it. The garden was lovely and the orange blossom smelt divine. Sitting for lunch on the veranda was a lovely treat and although we didn’t use the bbq this time, if we had visited in May-September we would definitely had made use of it. Overall this villa is absolutely worth a visit as is Peyia and Paphos! We will most certainly make another visit and will stay longer than a week next time. Thank you very much for letting us stay!

Excellent stay in beautiful villa

We really enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful villa. We loved the pool, walk in steps are always a bonus. We hired a car for the duration of our holiday. The villa is ideally located for short trips out to Coral Bay, Sea Caves or Paphos. There are lots of amenities in the local area - restaurants, supermarket, bakers and chemist. Excellent Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Highly recommended

Perfect First Holiday Since COVID Pandemic Started

William T. We spent 18 nights at Grahame and Helen's beautiful Villa, we all fully enjoyed the facilities provided which are fantastic and a real home from home! The pool and pool area with sunbeds were so relaxing and welcoming in the hot but great weather in Peyia. The Villa location was perfect with restaurants, bars, supermarkets and bakery close by and Coral Bay Strip a short drive for those looking for a bit more entertainment and wider choice of Restaurants and Bars.

Relaxing getaway

Just returned from an amazing week at the villa. Great location for us wanting to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but only a 2 minute drive to the supermarket and 5-10 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. The Villa itself was fantastic. It was clean, modern, spacious, secure and peaceful. We absolutely loved the huge pool, especially with it being scorching hot. Grahame and Helen were amazing throughout the booking process and till we departed. They provided us with a booklet before we arrived full of useful hints and tips that made our stay. We will definitely be staying again.

Great stay at Villa Mariposa

Driven to the villa by Akis who we hired the car from - great service. Beautiful villa with everything you could wish for. Amazing pool and garden with an orange tree. Well furnished to a high quality and spotlessly clean. TV with all the channels you could wish for including Sky BT Sport etc. Villa was very cool and did not need the air con even with temperatures in the upper 20's. Coral Bay strip not far away where our favourite restaurants were Seriani - great food at a reasonable price with air con and Colorallo with an amazing wide choice menu. Latchi worth a trip with lovely harbour and great places to eat. Agios Georgios very close with lovely views from the cafe terrace. All in all a great villa to stay in and I am sure we will return one day.

Amazing Home from Home!

Such a lovely spacious villa. Comfortable, loved the lounge seating and great to have games included. We became scrabble experts! Great that we were able to get the sports channels as able to watch Liverpool games in comfort without having to pop to a bar. Villa is situated in a great area with lots of local shops, bars, restaurants etc around. Grahame was always quick to respond to any queries we may have had. It was lovely to have the pool, although not heated and a little chilly until late afternoon due to the weather. Plenty of seating outside, and barbecue area. All in all provided a fantastic relaxing holiday just wanted we needed! Would definitely recommend and we will be using again, Thank you Grahame and Helen.

Gorgeous villa and pool

This is our second stay at this gorgeous villa and pool. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing enjoyable holiday. The pool & garden are superb for those lazy, restful days. The nearby bars and shops are useful if you don't want to wander too far. Coral Bay, a short bus or taxi ride away is more vibrant with a wider range of bars, restaurants and shops. We recommend a visit to The Harbour and the mosaics, also if you fancy a bit of an adventure Adonis Baths (expect a bumpy ride and some steep steps). All in all a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.
