La Dimora del Gelso Rosso is a ground floor apartment just a few steps from the statue of Domenico Modugno and 400m from the famous city beach of Lama Monachile. The entrance of La Dimora del Gelso Rosso opens onto a living area with a fully equipped kitchen with gas burners, oven, sink, fridge, dishwasher and table with chairs.

In front we find the mezzanine floor equipped with two single beds. The access to the mezzanine is via a modern staircase with alternating steep steps, not suitable for people with mobility problems or small children.

On the right of the living area there is a double bedroom with two single beds. Beyond the staircase that leads to the mezzanine we find the sleeping area where is located the master bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with shower.
