Villa Sole e Mare is nestled in a fragrant Mediterranean garden, shaded by centuries-old pine trees under which you can relax on comfortable benches and chairs, in total privacy and with an exceptional sea view.
In addition to the large, cool, tree-lined garden, the spacious patio ensures maximum comfort and freedom during your vacation. Finally, at the back, there is a sun deck with an outdoor shower and a large barbecue.
 
The entrance to the villa leads into an airy living room furnished with a dining area and sofas. Adjacent to it is the kitchen.
From the living room, a hallway leads to the sleeping area and the first full bathroom with a shower. There are 2 large double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom with a shower, and 1 twin bedroom with pull-out single beds.
All bedrooms have windows.

From the villa, you can reach some of Polignano?s most beautiful beaches in less than 10 minutes on foot: just 300 m away are Cala Piè and the Polignano marina; 450 m away is Ponte dei Lapilli; and 750 m away is Porto Cavallo Beach.
A small pedestrian passageway under a small bridge allows guests of the villa direct access to Cala Piè beach.
Walking along Via San Vito, the center of Polignano a Mare?featuring the statue of Domenico Modugno?is about a 20-minute walk away.
Monopoli is just 11 km away, while Bari is about a 30-minute drive.
For those arriving by car, this is the ideal location, thanks to the large on-site parking lot and its strategic position, which allows for quick access to the state highway leading to Puglia?s main tourist destinations.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).                                          
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
