Villa Monica - Private Spacious Villa with 15m Pool near Polignano a Mare

Offering both space and privacy, the villa combines a two-bedroom main house with a spacious living room and country-style kitchen, alongside a striking new annexe suite with floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the gardens and pool. The 15-metre swimming pool is one of the largest in our programme, framed by decking, lush lawns and palm trees that create a wonderfully relaxed holiday atmosphere. Multiple furnished terraces and a barbecue area make outdoor dining effortless, while a popular local restaurant is just a short stroll away and many more are within easy reach by car.



The location strikes a perfect balance between rural tranquillity and coastal discovery. Polignano a Mare, famed for its dramatic cliffs and charming old town, is just ten minutes away, as are the beaches of Lama Monachile, Ponte dei Lapilli and Porto Cavallo. The historic towns of Conversano and Monopoli are also close by, making Villa Monica an ideal base for enjoying beach days, cultural outings and the outstanding cuisine for which this region of Puglia is so well known.



This single-storey 3-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–6) features a kitchen and dining area leading into the living room with a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker, opening onto the terrace and garden. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a double bedroom (180cm bed), a twin bedroom (90cm beds, convertible to a double on request), and a separate shower room with WC.



The annexe provides an additional double bedroom (180cm bed) with an en-suite shower room and WC, offering extra privacy and flexibility.
