OUTDOOR AREA
This stunning villa, surrounded by a magnificent 1,500-square-meter garden, featuring English-style lawns, olive trees, and ornamental plants and flowers, offers several well-equipped outdoor relaxation areas where you can spend enjoyable hours with family or friends.

Among the first villas you’ll encounter upon entering the Neapolis Residence, VillaMarea welcomes you through a small white gate. As you walk along a path surrounded by English-style lawns, two beautiful olive trees, and an abundance of plants and flowers, you’ll arrive at a large COVERED PATIO furnished with seating areas and a rocking chair.

You then proceed to the OPEN-AIR PATIO, furnished with small seating areas and a beach umbrella, to reach the beautiful RELAXATION AREA where you can enjoy the sun on comfortable lounge chairs and armchairs, or rest in the shade of a century-old olive tree that overlooks the fantastic wooden SWIMMING POOL, where you can enjoy wonderful swims even at night, as it is fully illuminated.

Near the relaxation area, you can also enjoy an outdoor lunch in the elegant OUTDOOR LIVING AREA.
Outside, next to the dining area and the beautiful pool, there is a laundry room and a convenient shower with hot water.

INTERIORS
The main French doors open onto the elegant and bright living room, which serves as the LIVING AREA; it is air-conditioned and furnished with two comfortable sofas, a 50-inch smart TV, a glass-fronted cabinet containing plates, glasses, and silverware, and a large dining table with 6 chairs. The numerous windows open onto the main outdoor areas. Another French door overlooks the elegant swimming pool, which is illuminated at night, and the spacious outdoor dining area.
The living room also features a fully equipped KITCHENETTE with a refrigerator, electric oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and everything you need to prepare fantastic lunches and dinners.

A hallway leads to the SLEEPING AREA, consisting of two elegant double bedrooms with private bathrooms; the bedrooms, equipped with electric ventilation and air conditioning, are furnished with QUEEN-SIZE beds, spacious closets, nightstands, and, in the master bedroom, a desk area so you can work comfortably even while on vacation.

The third bedroom features two twin beds—which can be converted into a single double bed upon request—a nightstand, and a spacious closet. Ventilation is provided by an electric ceiling fan.

All three bedrooms have windows overlooking the beautiful lawn and the olive trees in front of the house.

The sleeping area concludes with the third bathroom, which, like the other two, is fully equipped with fixtures and a spacious shower stall.

Guests will have access to a full set of bed and bath linens, changed weekly, beach towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries consisting of: a shower cap, facial and body soap, and shampoo/shower gel.
