Hosts were absolutely wonderful. Great communication and extremely responsive when I had questions. We rented both floors. The house is absolutely gorgeous and in such a prime location. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying there next year!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is a short walk to the beach and with three bedrooms in the upstairs unit and two in the downstairs unit, there was plenty of room. Each unit has one bathroom, but there is an outdoor shower, which helps. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics and there is a very large outdoor area with several picnic tables with umbrellas. Sitting out in the yard in the evening was lovely.

Early summer vacation at the shore

We stayed in both the High Tide and Low Tide for two weeks and it was wonderful!! We have been coming to Seaside Park for many years and have rented several houses and High Tide/Low Tide is definitely at the top of our list. It is obvious that time, effort and energy has gone into creating a welcoming, well stocked and comfortable space for visitors to relax and enjoy. Communication with the owners was easy and they were responsive to inquiries.

Perfect getaway

This dual-apartment house was perfect for our party of 8 - 2 families. Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival (and during our stay) were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is perfect - 5 min walk to beach, bike ride away from local markets and restaurants.

Great full house for extended family

This house was perfect. My children and I stayed in the top and my parents and brothers in the bottom. My mom is going through chemo and needed a lot of help to enjoy everything but being together made it easier. Having a well organized and comprehensive kitchen made is easy to prepare the meals that she can eat. I will book it again every year as long as i can!

Great location near the beach

We rented the whole property and I was pleasantly surprised. It was way nicer than the pictures and super well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is one block from the beach and a short ride to the boardwalk. I’d definitely consider staying there again. Everyone gave tombs up!

Charming and great location!

Perfect rental

This house was perfect for our family with teens and young adults. Plenty of space and great location to beach and bay. It felt like a sleepy beach town but then a long walk would take you to some amusement park fun! Very cute enclosed front porch to experience the sea breeze while sipping coffee or a cocktail.

This was an exceptional beach house! It was so clean! I was very impressed as that is important to me. We really enjoyed having two levels (as we rented both) for our stay. That let the people who needed to work have a quiet place when needed. The kitchens were clean and very well stocked with useful, quality appliances. We totally loved the outdoor shower; that is a must for a beach stay! We loved being a long walk from the Boardwalk and a very short walk from entrance to the Beach! All was exceptional! We hope to stay here again!

Relaxing stay

Our extended family of 6 adults and 4 children stayed here. It is a great location for a family with young kids. The boardwalk and beach are within sight of the house. The inlet side has a tame beach and playground within a few blocks. The house was very clean and has all the basic amenities. The furnishings are older but functional. The owners always answered their phone and were very helpful. This is not a luxury rental but is everything you need for a great vacation.

So Sea-sational

We rented both High Tide and Low Tide-- A great space for a multiple family stay. Lower level was perfect for those in my family who struggle with stairs-- and the upper level porch was great for family fun night- card games and reading. Both levels were decorated beautifully and equipped with everything you need - including a new kitchen sponge and dish soap--You don't always get that in a VRBO. Washer/Dryer on each floor made throwing in a load of laundry a treat! A block away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and the B&B surf shop. Those that visited us during our stay plan to return. Thanks for a great start to summer.

Property was very well located, very clean and perfect for our out of state visiting son , daughter in law and 2 little grandkids. Everything was great with the exception of the TV service which was brutal.

Exactly as advertised!

We rented the entire house for our family of 10 - 6 adults and 4 children, including a baby and a toddler. The house was very clean; the beds were comfortable; the AC worked well and the kitchen had everything we needed. We've rented many homes in Seaside Park over the years, and this one was one of the best!

VRBO Newbie!

I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! This was the first time I stayed anywhere but at a hotel/resort when vacationing. I wasn't sure what to really expect and relied on the hosts accuracy. IT WAS WONDERFUL! I am now hooked on VRBO, I hope to return next year. Beautiful beach cottage style, meticulous (love the labels) and looks just like the pictures. Beds were very comfortable many updated features throughout the house. Thank you for making our family trip memorable.
